At the end of the year, Pipedrive puts together some personalized infographics to let you know how your year in Pipedrive went. Below you can read through our frequently asked questions, to see where we get the data and how your statistics are calculated.
Q: How is the percentage of sales activities calculated?
A: The formula for how we calculate sales activities is the following: deals closed (either lost or won) + deal stages changed + activities completed.
Q: Can anyone else see these statistics?
A: No, the infographics are sent to you individually, and are not visible to other users. Any admin user in your account does have the ability to generate these statistics through the Insights feature. The page cannot be seen publicly by anyone unless you share the page on social platforms.
Q: Did you access my data?
A: None of your personal data was accessed or viewed by anyone in Pipedrive to create the infographic.
Q: Why didn’t I get an email with these statistics?
A: Unfortunately, not everyone qualified for the infographic as we have sent it to the top users depending on their actions in Pipedrive. We do hope to improve this in the future in order for more users to receive infographics.
Q: I think I added a lot more deals/activities/etc than is shown?
A: One of the main reasons you may believe you added more than is shown in the infographic is that your items are being created by automation. In this case, the automation creator is calculated as the item owner.
Q: What dates are the data taken from?
A: The data in your infographic is from the period of 01.01.2020 - 13.12.2020.
