Below you can read through our frequently asked questions, to see where we get the data and how your statistics are calculated.
A: The formula for how we calculate sales activities is the following: deals closed (either lost or won) + deal stages changed + activities completed.
A: No, the infographics are sent to you individually, and are not visible to other users. Any admin user in your account does have the ability to generate these statistics through the Insights feature. The page cannot be seen publicly by anyone unless you share the page on social platforms.
A: None of your personal data was accessed or viewed by anyone in Pipedrive to create the infographic.
A: One of the main reasons you may believe you added more than is shown in the infographic is that your items are being created by automation. In this case, the automation creator is calculated as the item owner.
A: The data in your infographic is from the period of 01.01.2022–31.12.2022.
