Exporting data from Pipedrive is very simple, and there's two ways to get this done.
Exporting from the list view is better in most cases, and allows you to combine data from different items (Deals, Organizations, and People) to get you what you need. Exporting from Settings allows you to export all data from each item individually.
Exporting from the List View:
If you only want to export specific data, such as won deals, or customers located in the magical world of Akron, Ohio, you can use the List View. To do that, go to the list view, select the filter that gives you the data you'd like to export from the filter menu in the top right hand corner.
Once you've got the filter you want, select the data points you'd like to export by changing the visible columns on the list. You can choose from fields related to Deals, People, and Organizations, mixing and matching data from all three to get the perfect combination of what you need.
Note: This ability to mix-and-match means that exporting from the list view is better in a lot of cases where you don't want to export Deals, Organizations, and People separately.
Then, once you've got that, click the three dots in the top right of the screen and select Export filter results — Pipedrive will then export all the information that fits within the filter and columns that you set. Easy!
Exporting from Settings:
Alternatively, if you'd like to export your data separately, go to your Settings > Tools > Export data.
Pick what you'd like to export from the menu at the top: Deals, Organizations, People, Products, Activities, and Notes. If you'd like to export multiple different categories, it's best to either export them separately from here, or in bulk from the List View.
Once you've picked what you'd like to export, click either CSV or Excel depending on what you would like to export.
Your export file will then appear in the 'Exports available for download' list, with a green Download button.
Download your file, then you're done!
