What happens if my card or PayPal account fails to make payment?

If your payment method fails, you and the other users in your company will keep access to Pipedrive for a thirty day period.
During this period, Pipedrive will periodically attempt to charge the provided billing information, in order to collect that payment.

If payment is not successful at the end of this thirty day period, the invoice will be marked as failed and the account will be closed.
If the payment is successful — or new billing information is provided to settled the past-due invoice — the account will continue without interruption.
