How can I cancel my paid account?

Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.

You can cancel a paid account by going to Settings > Billing and selecting 'Cancel my subscription' at the bottom right of the page.
Access to your company will remain until the end of the current billing period, at which point the subscription will not renew and access will be restricted.

Note: If you don't receive an email confirming the cancellation of the subscription, your account has not been cancelled. Please follow the above steps and, if you still don't receive an email, contact support.
