How can I regain access to a closed account, paying for a different number of seats?

To regain access to a closed Pipedrive company, paying for a different number of seats, log in with your existing details connected to the closed company, and provide new billing information.

On the right hand side of the page you will see an option to 'Add or remove seats'.

In the case that there are more users than seats, some users will need to be deactivated — which can also be done from this window.Keep in mind that this is only possible as long as your information still exists on Pipedrive's servers.
