How can I edit a user?

Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.

  • Go to Settings > Customize > Manage Users > Users.
  • To edit the information associated with a user, click on the 'Edit' option found there.

On this page, the user's Name, Email, Role, and Permission Set can be edited.
If a user is associated with multiple Pipedrive company accounts, you will not be able to manually edit their Name or Email information. 
To edit that information, the user must update the information themselves, by going to Settings > Customize > Personal > Profile and updating those fields as needed.
