Why can't I see my colleagues' items in the list?

Check that your filter is set in such a way that it will show your colleagues' data. The most simple way to do this is by selecting one of the default filters 'everyone' or '(your colleagues' name)'. Other custom filters may also give visibility to these items. The filter dropdown is found at top right of the screen. Note that regular users may have visibility restricted to some records, which is set by the owner of the record or an admin user.
