How can I enable or disable access to Projects?
If your company uses the Projects add-on on a Lite or Growth plan, you can choose which users have access to Projects.
On Premium and Ultimate plans, access is granted automatically for all users. If needed, you can disable access for specific users.
Enable or disable projects app access
Open the account menu in the top right corner and go to Manage users > Users and access.
Select one or more users whose access you’d like to update.

Enable or disable the projects app option to grant or remove access.

Click “Edit users” and confirm your changes.
If no project seats are available
When you enable projects app access for more users than the number of available project seats, you’ll be redirected to the billing page to purchase additional seats. To learn more about purchasing and managing project seats, see the Projects billing article.
