If your provider is not listed here — or if you use an email provider specific to your company — we suggest reaching out to your System Administrator for the IMAP and SMTP information required to sync your email to Pipedrive.
If you are connecting a Microsoft account, you can always check for updated IMAP and SMTP settings by going to Settings > View all Settings > Sync email > POP and IMAP.

Note: Unfortunately there is no way to connect your POP3 server with the Pipedrive Email Sync. The Email Sync feature of Pipedrive only supports IMAP or Exchange credentials for establishing the sync.
If you are connecting to the IMAP server using port 143, this is not supported as it is not encrypted.
