Can I sync multiple email addresses to one user?

Note: The Email Sync feature is one of the many useful features of Pipedrive’s Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Each user can only have one email address synced at a time in Pipedrive.
If you wish to receive emails from other addresses, we suggest using the Smart Email BCC feature and adding any additional email addresses in the Alternative email address for Smart BCC form, found in Tools and apps > Email sync.
