Changing or updating login credentials

If you need to adjust your login email address, you can easily do so from the Personal preferences section of your Pipedrive app.
- Go to Personal preferences > Account.
- Find the email field and click on the pencil icon to edit.
- Once clicked, you may now edit the login email address in that field.
- When finished, simply press “Enter” on your keyboard to save the changes.
Note: If your Pipedrive account has single sign-on (SSO) enabled, you must verify the change by email.
Note: For security reasons, Pipedrive login email addresses may only be adjusted by their user and cannot be changed by any Pipedrive employee.
Note: We do not recommend setting up Pipedrive with email aliases, as password reset is not possible to email aliases.
