Change your login email address
You can change the email address you use to log in to Pipedrive from Personal preferences > Account.
The steps depend on whether you log in with an email address and password or if your company uses single sign-on (SSO).
In this article, “current email” refers to the address you use to log in today, and “new email” refers to the address you want to switch to.
If you log in using an email and a password
To change your login email address:
Go to Personal preferences > Account, find the email field and click the pencil icon:

Click “Continue” to confirm you want to proceed with changing your email address.

You might be prompted to type in your password to verify your identity.
Enter your new login email address.

Check your old email inbox. You’ll receive a security alert stating that you initiated a login email change. This is expected.

Check your new email inbox for a six-digit confirmation code.

Enter the six-digit verification code in Pipedrive to complete the change.

The verification code helps prevent typos, makes sure password reset and account unlock emails go to the right address and helps keep your account secure.
If you no longer have access to your old email
If you can’t receive the security alert or confirmation code because you no longer have access to your old email address (for example, you left a previous employer or the account was deactivated), you can’t complete the standard verification steps above.
In this case, contact Pipedrive support so we can verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
If your account uses single sign-on (SSO)
If single sign-on (SSO) is enabled for your Pipedrive account, the process for changing your login email differs slightly from the steps above.
Go to Personal preferences > Account and enter your new email address in the same way described above.
Pipedrive sends a confirmation email to your current email address.
Open that email and confirm the change.
Your new login email address takes effect only after you confirm it from your current inbox.
Troubleshooting login email changes
If you can’t find the verification code, make sure you’re checking the inbox for the new email address you entered. Also, check the spam folder to see if the message wasn’t inadvertently sent there.
If you entered the wrong new email address, restart the process from Personal preferences > Account and enter the correct email address.
If you didn’t request this change, follow the instructions in the security notification sent to your current email address.
