How can I see the total value of my deals by stage or pipeline?
Understanding the value of your deals is vital to deciding how best to use your time. In Pipedrive, you can see the total value of your deals both by stage and pipeline.
Viewing total value by stage
To see a pipeline stage’s total value, hover your cursor over the name of the stage. You’ll see a box containing the total value, as well as a breakdown of each currency.
If you have stage probability or deal probability set up, you’ll see the weighted total value of your deals compared to the unweighted total.
Viewing total value by pipeline
You can see your pipeline’s total value at the top of your pipeline view, along with the weighted value and number of deals.
You can click on that display to open a breakdown of the data by currency.
Viewing total value in the list view
You can also see the total value, weighted value and number of deals at the top of your list view.
These values represent every deal within the filter results of your list view.
