When you're on the move, you may need a quick and efficient way to take notes on your activities, deals and contacts. With the audio notes feature in the Pipedrive mobile app, you can easily take and attach audio recordings as well as use the transcription feature to automatically turn any voice memos directly into a text-type note.

Audio notes in the iOS app:

Activities:
To create an audio note for an activity in your company account, you can click on the activity's summary page and then click "Record audio note".
If you want to create a transcribed audio note on your activity's summary page, you can toggle on the Transcription switch and hit the record button to start transcribing your note. You will be able to record and transcribe audio notes up to one minute long.

Deals and contacts:
To create an audio note on a deal or contact person detail page, you can go to the deal/contact page and click on the + icon > Audio Note. Tap the red button to start recording.

If you want to create a transcribed audio note under your deals and contacts, you can click on the + icon, then click on "Note". From here, you can click on the microphone icon at the bottom of the keyboard and start recording your audio note to be transcribed.

Activities:
To create an audio note for an activity in your company account, you can click on the activity summary page and then click "Record audio note".
If you want to attach a transcribed audio note to your activity summary page, you can toggle on the Transcription switch and hit the record button to start transcribing your note. You will be able to record and transcribe audio notes up to two minutes long.

Deals and contacts:
To create an audio note on a deal or contact person detail page, you can go to the deal/contact page, then click on the + icon > Record Audio Note. Tap the red button to start recording.

If you want to create a transcribed audio note, you can click on the "+ icon", then click on "Add a note". From here, you can click on the microphone icon at the bottom of the keyboard and start recording your audio note to be transcribed.

Once you are finished recording your audio note, you will be able to see it under the Past section in your deals and contacts, and under the Note section in your activities. You can then listen to the saved audio note in the mobile app or the web app at any time.
