Custom field features in the mobile app
Recognizing the importance of having customers’ information readily accessible, we designed our mobile app to display custom fields replicating the data from the Pipedrive web interface.
This ensures you always have critical information at your fingertips, even when working from your phone.
Declutter “Add” views
Streamline the “Add” views for deals, leads, and contacts by hiding default and non-required fields.
This declutters the interface, making focusing on the most relevant information easier.
Field descriptions
View descriptions for deal and lead custom fields while entering data in the detail view.
When opening a field, tap on the ”Info” icon at the top-right of the screen.
Then, you’ll be able to see the field description.
This feature ensures you understand the context and purpose of each field, enhancing data accuracy.
Field groups
Admins can declutter the detail view by organizing deal, lead and contact custom fields into a hierarchy.
In the mobile app, you can expand and collapse field groups by tapping the field group name.
This organization simplifies the interface, making navigating and managing information easier.
