Disabling the follow-up activity pop-up is only available for Advanced and higher plans who use the Automations
feature. Only users with account settings
can manage this option.
When you mark an activity as done, you’re automatically prompted to create another activity for that deal because of Pipedrive’s activity-based selling design.
However, if you use the Automations feature, you can disable these pop-ups by going to Company Settings > Activities > Show activity pop-up.
From there, you can disable these activity pop-ups or enable them for all or only certain Pipelines.
Note: If you’re on an Essential plan or don’t use the Automation feature, you can’t disable these pop-ups.
