How can I filter my activities in the list view?
In the activities list view, you can filter for the activities that need your immediate attention based on details such as activity type, owner and activity due date. If your activities are linked to any deals or contacts in Pipedrive, you can also create custom filters for your activities based on default or custom fields of those items.
To filter activities by default or custom activity type, simply click on that activity's corresponding icon on the top left-hand side of the page. Alternatively, select "All" to view all activity types.
Admin users can create custom activity types if they would like to have their own activity types in the account.
In order to filter for activities by owner, you should click on the filter dropdown select "Owners" and click on the user name. Selecting the "Everyone" option will clear out any previous filters.
If you are unable to see an activity, you may not have the correct permission or visibility to view that activity. In this case, we would suggest you reach out to the admin user in the account, so they can make any necessary adjustments.
Note: If you do not have permission to view the deal or contact linked to an activity, you will also not see the activity in question.
From the right-hand side of your activities list view, you have the possibility to view your To-do or Overdue activities, as well as any activities due in any of the pre-set or custom time frames.
