Security: locked out of account after failed login attempts
If you enter the wrong password three times in a row while logging in to your Pipedrive account, you’ll be locked out of your account. This is to ensure your login process is protected against external threats.
When you're locked out, you’re automatically sent an email to unlock your account. Once you unlock your account through the email, you can log in to your account using your email and password again. If you don’t remember your password, we recommend resetting your password.
On Enterprise plans, you’ll be able to see when a user has unlocked their account by going to security center > Dashboard > Audit log.
