Texting contacts from the mobile app

Note: You are only able to send texts to the phone number listed under the default phone number field for a person contact. The minimum OS version required to install the mobile app is 9+ for Android devices and 15+ for iOS devices.
Do your contacts prefer to correspond through SMS? Texting a contact person from the mobile apps couldn't be easier.
Texting contacts from the iOS app:
To text the contact directly, you can go to the contact's detail page and click on the speech bubble icon. Once clicked, you will be brought to create a new message in your phone's Messages app with the contact person's default phone number already populated.
Texting contacts from the Android app:
To text the contact directly, you can go to the contact's detail page and click on the envelope icon. Once clicked, you will be brought to create a new message in your phone's Messages app with the contact person's default phone number already populated.
Note: Your network charges will be applied to any text messages sent through the Pipedrive mobile apps.
