Viewing the raw source of my emails in Pipedrive

Note: Email raw source data can’t be found in your Pipedrive account, it must be gathered from your email account.
Occasionally, our support team may need you to send an email’s raw source to help troubleshoot email issues.
Below are instructions for the most common providers – Gmail and Outlook.
Gmail raw source
Gmail raw source can be found by opening an email, clicking the “...” on the options bar and selecting “show original.”
Outlook raw source
Outlook raw source can be accessed by selecting a message and clicking “...” > View > View messages details
Note: Source data is only available for messages received in Outlook, not sent from it.
