Some browsers, such as Firefox in Private Browsing Mode, have privacy modes, as well as some browser extensions such as uBlock, Ghostery, Adblock, and NoScript may prevent chat from loading.
This means you're not able to get in touch in the App, which means we can't give you the best support we can.
To access in-app chat, please either whitelist Pipedrive, or use a browser that doesn't have privacy mode enabled by default.

To take a screenshot on a Windows desktop operating system, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. The exact location of this button varies from keyboard to keyboard — and between PC and laptop — but it's usually quite easy to find and is often abbreviated as Print Scrn, Prnt Scrn, or Prt Scrn. With most PC keyboards it can be found on the top row of keys, in the row after F12.
Once you have pressed this button, open up the Paint program in Windows. This can be done by searching using the Find Program function, or by browsing through your Programs list.
Once the Paint programmed as been opened, press CTRL+V to paste the screenshot within Paint.

 Once done, save this pasted screenshot to your computer. To save, click the Save button under the File menu in the top left of the paint menu.

Once saved, you can attach the saved image to an email and send it over.
Alternatively, if your screenshot contains data you do not wish to share, you can crop the picture within the Paint program before sending it. To do so, first click the Selection box from the menu at the top of the Paint program.

Once done, draw a box around what you would like to remain in the image, then clicking Crop from the same menu:

This will remove everything from the image except the area you have selected.

In order to take a screenshot with a Mac, just press CMD+SHIFT+3.
Doing so will save a screenshot of your full screen to your desktop. From there, you can just attach that screen in an email and send it over!
Alternatively, if you have some data you do not wish to share with Pipedrive, you can take a screenshot of a specific area within your screen. To highly a specific selection, press CMD+SHIFT+4 and draw a box around the information that you wish to save in your screenshot.

To take a screenshot with your iPad or iPhone, simply press both the Power button (either at the top or on the side) and the Home button (the round button on the front) at the same time.
The screenshot will then be saved into your Photos, and is ready to attach to an email and send to us. You can find it under the 'All photos' folder.

With most Android devices, pressing the Power and Volume Down buttons together will take a screenshot of contents of the screen.
The screenshot will then be saved into your Photos, ready to be sent to us. The specific folder that the screenshot will be saved in will depend on the device you're using. If you cannot find the picture — or if pressing Power and Volume Down doesn't take a screenshot — it may be best to search the internet for specific instructions for your phone model.

To open up your network tab on most browsers you can:

Troubleshooting: Email Sync feature

When using the Contact Sync feature, you may run into some technical issues. It is recommended that you ensure your Contact Sync feature is active before following the troubleshooting steps outlined below.

If you use Microsoft Exchange for your calendar sync and also have the 2FA feature enabled, you could run into this error while trying to set up our calendar sync.

To fix this problem, you will need to generate an app password specifically for the calendar sync in Pipedrive. Login to your Microsoft account, and go to Security &gt; Advanced Security Options.

Troubleshooting: Pipedrive Web-App

Occasionally, we may need you to send the raw source of an email to help with troubleshooting email issues. This information doesn't come from Pipedrive, but from your email provider. Below, you'll find instructions for the most common providers — Gmail and Outlook. To find your raw source information for an email within Gmail, open the email in question, and click on the downward arrow for your available options. Viewing the raw source of my emails in Pipedrive

Pipedrive doesn't have a separate desktop app, and can only be used online within a web browser. However, both the Pipedrive iOS and Android mobile apps allow for working offline. Any changes made without an internet connection to the mobile apps will be updated in the Pipedrive database once you have connected to the internet again.

Can Pipedrive be used offline?

Let's say that instead of working with Deals you'd prefer to be working with Projects. While terms like Deals and People can't be natively replaced in Pipedrive, there is a free third-party workaround that may accomplish what you seek.
