Why are emails that I've sent or received not in the list view of activities?
In Pipedrive, emails are separate from “email-type” activities.
You can create an activity and assign it the activity type “email.” These are used to manage future email tasks, so you don’t forget about your correspondence with a customer.

However, email-type activities are not linked to emails sent or received using email sync.
