Zapier: Sending Gmail emails about new Pipedrive deals
If you want to receive notifications for new Pipedrive deals on your Gmail, you can do that using Zapier.
Getting your accounts ready
To receive emails about new Pipedrive deals, you’ll need:
Once you have an account open with all three services, you're ready to create your Zap.
Connecting your accounts
Zapier has a template already created for sending Gmail notifications about new Pipedrive deals.
Click ”Try this template“ and you‘ll be redirected to the Zap editor, where you can customize your steps.
Select ”Choose“ to pick a Pipedrive account to connect for the Zap.
You’ll repeat this for the Gmail step in your Zap as well, then click ”Publish“ when you’re done making changes.
You can find your new automation under Zaps.
From here you can click on your Zap to make edits or use the toggle to turn it on or off.
