Why are my BCC emails not coming into Pipedrive?

It is likely you are sending the emails from an address not known by our system and are therefore blocked. You need to send the emails either from the email address you use to log in to Pipedrive or from an address you have added as an alternative in Settings > Personal > Email Integration.

To avoid having to forward emails at all, you can also sign up to our Gold plan and enable email sync!
