Why can't I see my colleagues' deals in the Pipeline View?

If you believe you should be able to view items owned by one of the other users in your Pipedrive account — but cannot see that information — we suggest checking the displayed filter in the Pipeline View, to verify that it should be showing that user's owned items.

However, be aware that users may have their visibility restricted in the Pipedrive account, based on the visibility groups in Pipedrive, dictated by the Admin User of the account. If you have any questions regarding those visibility permissions, we suggest inquiring with the Admin User of your Pipedrive account.
