How to set up multiple Pipedrive accounts

In Pipedrive, you can administratively set up multiple different accounts. Whether you run 2, 3, or 20 different businesses, having multiple accounts can be quite useful.

Once added, you will be able to switch companies by clicking Change company in your account menu, located at the top-right corner of Pipedrive.

 

Sharing data between multiple accounts

NO data is ever shared between different Pipedrive accounts. The only connection your multiple accounts will have to each other is that you are using the same login credentials to access all accounts. There is no automatic way to sync or share data across multiple accounts.

If you need data from one to also be present on the other, you can go to Settings > Export Data and export whatever you need from one account, and then import it into the other.

 

Billing and multiple accounts

Billing is handled separately for each account; of course, there's nothing stopping you from using the same credit card for all accounts.

 

Setting up multiple accounts

Okay! Well how do I set up multiple accounts then? Well I'm glad you asked. Simply do the following:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Personal > Companies section.
  2. Click Add company, located in the top-right corner of the Companies page. The Add company dialog opens, where you are asked to enter a name for the new company you're adding.



  3. Click Save to save the company.
