How can I see the total value of my deals by stage or pipeline?
Understanding the value of your deals is crucial in determining how best to utilize your time. In Pipedrive, you can see the total value of your deals both by stage and pipeline.
Viewing total value by stage
To see a pipeline stage’s total value, hover your cursor over the stage title. You’ll see a box containing the total value, with a breakdown by currency.
If you have stage probability or deal probability set up, you’ll see the weighted total value of your deals compared to the unweighted total.
Viewing total value by pipeline
Click the “i” icon next to the pipeline selector to view your pipeline’s details. You’ll see the total and weighted values, the number of deals, and how these values are split by currency.
Viewing total value in the list view
In the list view, you can click the “i” icon beside the pipeline selector to view your pipeline’s value and deal details, the same way as in the pipeline view.
These values represent every deal within the filter results of your list view.
