What’s new in Pipedrive plans?

In 2025, we introduced a new pricing and packaging structure across all Pipedrive plans.

These changes reflect how the product has evolved, bringing key features and usage limits closer to how teams use Pipedrive today.


Why did we make these changes?

Our goal is to simplify plan offerings, improve platform performance and provide a more scalable experience for businesses of all sizes.


What changed?

You’ll notice changes in both the plan names and their structure.

The new plans are:

  • Lite
  • Growth
  • Premium
  • Ultimate

Each one is designed to reflect the tools, limits, and scale appropriate for that stage of business growth.

From Essential to Lite

If you’re on the Essential plan, Lite gives you added tools and higher limits with no major changes to how you work in Pipedrive.

What’s new in Lite?

  • Deal card customization
    Choose what information shows in your pipeline view to highlight key fields, reduce clutter, and review deals faster.
  • Enforced two-factor authentication (2FA)
    Admins can now require users to log in using 2FA, ensuring compliance and reducing security risks.
  • Web to mobile calls
    Click any number in the web app and complete the call on your mobile device, with the call logged automatically.
  • Higher lead and deal limits
    Essential: 2,000 active leads + deals per user
    Lite: 2,500 per user
Note: If you’re above Essential’s limits, moving to Lite means you can keep your data without interruption.

How to switch from Essential to Lite?

Go to Billing > Manage subscription in your account settings.

Note: Switching to Lite will update your subscription to Pipedrive’s latest list pricing.

From Advanced to Growth

If you're on the Advanced plan, Growth adds tools for better forecasting, automation and lead tracking while keeping your existing workflows intact.

What’s new in Growth?

  • Forecast view and reports
    Visualize and plan future revenue with:
    • Forecast view (revenue by pipeline stage)
    • Forecast reports (project revenue over time)
  • Sequences
    Build structured, repeatable lead-nurturing workflows using manual emails and follow-up tasks.
  • Contacts timeline
    View a chronological record of emails, calls, and meetings to understand relationship history and personalize outreach.
  • Also included
    • Deal card customization
    • Enforced 2FA
    • Web to mobile calls

From Professional to Premium

If you’re currently on the Professional plan and looking for more flexibility and advanced tools, the Premium plan offers enhanced functionality, broader limits and additional collaboration features without requiring major changes to your workflow.

What’s new in Premium?

  • LeadBooster included
    Gain access to powerful lead generation tools:
    • Chatbot: Engage visitors in real time
    • Live Chat: Connect users to real support
    • Prospector: Source leads from a global database
    • Web Forms: Capture traffic and turn it into contacts
  • Custom scoring and enrichment
    Automate your lead qualification process with:
    • Scoring based on deal fit
    • Enrichment using firmographic data (e.g., industry, revenue)
  • Team inbox
    Collaborate on email conversations using shared inboxes like [email protected] while maintaining visibility and ownership.
  • Also included
    • Projects: Manage post-sale tasks inside Pipedrive
    • Enforced 2FA: Ensure account-wide login security

Note: If you're over any Professional plan limits, moving to Premium allows you to keep working without removing data.

Note: The Premium plan may have a higher monthly cost than Professional. For accurate pricing, visit our pricing page.

From Power to Premium

If you’re currently on the Power plan, the Premium plan offers more flexibility, higher customization limits and additional lead generation tools while maintaining your current workflows.

What’s new in Premium?

    With Premium, you’ll have access to:
    • Chatbot: Engage visitors in real time
    • Live Chat: Connect users to real support
    • Prospector: Source leads from a global database
    • Web Forms: Capture traffic and turn it into contacts
  • Higher limits for permission sets and data enrichment
    You’ll have more flexibility to configure access and enrich your contact data.

Why are limits being introduced?

These limits reflect industry best practices and are designed to:

  • Keep the platform stable and performant
  • Ensure consistent usability across all accounts
  • Prevent excessive configuration that could reduce overall system reliability

The goal is to make sure Pipedrive remains efficient and scalable for everyone.

Note: Ultimate is generally priced lower than Enterprise. For current rates, see our pricing page.
