What’s new in Pipedrive plans?
In 2025, we introduced a new pricing and packaging structure across all Pipedrive plans.
These changes reflect how the product has evolved, bringing key features and usage limits closer to how teams use Pipedrive today.
Why did we make these changes?
Our goal is to simplify plan offerings, improve platform performance and provide a more scalable experience for businesses of all sizes.
What changed?
You’ll notice changes in both the plan names and their structure.
The new plans are:
- Lite
- Growth
- Premium
- Ultimate
Each one is designed to reflect the tools, limits, and scale appropriate for that stage of business growth.

From Essential to Lite
If you’re on the Essential plan, Lite gives you added tools and higher limits with no major changes to how you work in Pipedrive.
What’s new in Lite?
- Deal card customization
Choose what information shows in your pipeline view to highlight key fields, reduce clutter, and review deals faster. - Enforced two-factor authentication (2FA)
Admins can now require users to log in using 2FA, ensuring compliance and reducing security risks. - Web to mobile calls
Click any number in the web app and complete the call on your mobile device, with the call logged automatically. - Higher lead and deal limits
Essential: 2,000 active leads + deals per user
Lite: 2,500 per user
How to switch from Essential to Lite?
Go to Billing > Manage subscription in your account settings.
From Advanced to Growth
If you're on the Advanced plan, Growth adds tools for better forecasting, automation and lead tracking while keeping your existing workflows intact.
