Troubleshooting: Pipedrive web app
When using the Pipedrive web app, you may encounter performance issues that can disrupt your sales process.
We’ve included a few troubleshooting tips in this article for you to try if you run into any technical issues while using Pipedrive.
General troubleshooting
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Test whether the issue persists in an incognito window and in other browsers.
Reach out to support.
If Pipedrive appears slow
Refresh your browser page
Log out and log back in to your Pipedrive account
Make sure your browser is up to date. You can see if you’re on the latest version of your browser here.

Connect your computer to another network. This will rule out any network issues that could be causing the slowness.
Log in to Pipedrive on another computer. This will rule out any device issues that could be causing the slowness.
If your data appears to be missing
Check whether any filters are applied to your Pipedrive account. You can learn how to clear filters in the advanced filtering article.


Clear out pipeline view filters and select the correct pipeline:

Check your visibility settings. You can reach out to an admin user to see the visibility settings for your company account.
Check whether any browser extensions are interacting with Pipedrive. Log in to an incognito window to rule out extension issues.
