Adding deals in bulk

Note: The number of open deals you can have depends on which plan you are on. You can learn more about usage limits in this article.

There are two methods to add deals in bulk to Pipedrive and both are through importing.


If you don't have contact people or organizations added to your company account:

Import them with a spreadsheet, adding all details as possible such as contact person or organization, deal value, follow-up activities, etc.

You can find our sample import spreadsheets on this page.

    Note: Deals must have either a contact person or organization linked.

    If you already have contact people or organizations added to your company account and wish to add deals for them in bulk:

      We suggest utilizing the Pipedrive System ID function when importing a spreadsheet.

      To acquire a spreadsheet containing the necessary person or organization IDs, go to the list view and use the gear icon to make the appropriate Pipedrive System ID field visible.

      Once that field is visible, export the filter results to a spreadsheet, provide the necessary deal information and import that spreadsheet back into your Pipedrive account.

      Note: Exporting from the list view is only available to admin users and regular users with permissions.
