Data enrichment credits and top-ups
Pipedrive’s Data enrichment feature provides you with monthly credits depending on your plan. If you run out, you can now purchase additional credits to keep enriching your data without having to wait for your next monthly cycle.
The Data enrichment feature is available on both Premium and Ultimate plans.
Note: On the Premium plan, only organization enrichment is included by default. To access person enrichment on Premium, a separate add-on is required. On both Premium and Ultimate plans, users can purchase additional enrichment credits.
Monthly credit allocation
Each month, Pipedrive provides a fixed number of data enrichment credits based on your plan. These credits reset on the first day of every billing cycle.

You can use your monthly credits to enrich contacts or organizations using Pipedrive’s data enrichment feature.
If you have used up all of your monthly credits before, you‘ll have to wait until the next cycle to continue enriching data. You can cut the waiting time with the new top-up functionality.

Insufficient credits when enriching data
If you‘re trying to enrich data and your monthly credits are used up, Pipedrive will offer you the ability to purchase additional data enrichment credits directly in your account.

When you see a message stating that you don’t have enough credits to enrich the data you need, click on “Manage add-ons” and you‘ll be taken to the Top-ups page.
When your company is out of credits before enriching data
If your company has already exhausted its available credits, you‘ll see an offer to purchase a top-up to continue enriching your data.

Choosing your credits on the top-ups page

Find the Data Enrichment top-up and click the “100 credits” button to display the “Change number of Enrichment credits” modal.

There, you can drag the slider to set the amount of monthly credits you want to purchase, in increments of 100, up to a maximum of 1,000. Click “Confirm” and finalize your purchase.
Top-up credits are added to your account immediately after purchase; however, the total available credit pool shown on your Usage page may be prorated, and the full amount will only be reflected at the start of your next billing cycle.
After purchasing a top-up, your credits are added to your monthly allowance, allowing you to use them just like your regular monthly credits.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to unused top-up credits?
Unused monthly and top-up credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don’t carry over to the following month. On your company’s billing date, expired credits are removed, and a new monthly credit pool is issued based on your current limit.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
No. All top-up credit purchases are non-refundable.
Who can purchase enrichment credit top-ups?
Only users with account settings access (admin users) can buy additional credits. Other users can view the credit balance in the Usage page, but can’t make purchases.
Is there a limit to the number of top-ups I can buy per month?
Yes. The default top-up limit is 10,000 credits per billing cycle. If needed, you can request a higher limit.
Where can I see my enrichment credit balance?
You can view your current balance of monthly and top-up credits in the Usage page.
Do top-ups work like a one-time boost or a subscription?
Top-ups are recurring. When you purchase additional credits, your monthly allowance is increased until you make a change. For example, if your plan includes 100 credits and you buy 200 more, your new monthly limit will be 300 credits.
When are new credits added to my account?
Credits are added immediately after purchase, but may be prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. The full amount will be available starting on your next billing date.
