Note: Email filtering is available via Smart Bcc on all Pipedrive plans. To use filtering with email sync and access the full email feature set, you’ll need a Growth or higher plan.
Use filters in your Sales Inbox to keep things organized and quickly find the conversations you need.
How to filter emails
Open your Sales Inbox and click “Filters”.

You can then apply one or several filters from the following selection:
| Filter | What you’ll see |
| Unread | Only emails that haven’t been read |
| Linked with a deal | Emails associated with any deal, regardless of status |
| Linked with an open deal | Emails linked to deals that are still open |
| Not linked with a deal | Emails that aren’t linked to any deal |
| Shared | Emails visible to others based on your sharing settings |
| Private | Emails visible only to you |
| Tracked emails | Emails where open or click tracking is enabled |
| To: me | Emails that were sent directly to you |
| From an existing contact | Emails received from contacts saved in your Pipedrive account |
| Only with attachments | Emails that include one or more file attachments |
Note: Keep in mind that some filters can’t be used together. For example, you can pick “Shared” or “Private”, but not both.
To see all emails again, clear any active filters.
