How can I make a user into an admin user?

Note: This action is only available to users with Account settings access.
To access user management, go to Company settings > Manage Users. If you have Account settings permission, you will see a "..." to the right of each user, where you can click on edit access rights:

From there, the edit access panel will open, and you will be able to assign Admin access for Campaigns, deals, and Global Permissions by clicking on their dropdown boxes.

You will also be able to assign access to Projects and Account settings, though there is no admin distinction for these permissions.
