Insights for mobile
Many people who use Pipedrive prefer to do their work in our mobile app, and now there will be more reasons to use it.
With Insights for mobile, you can see all of the reports and dashboards created in your web app right on your mobile device.
Where is the feature located?
Once you have logged into your mobile app account, navigate to the side menu and click on the "Insights" tab:

What can I use Insights for?
Insights web view is embedded into the Pipedrive mobile app, meaning you will see exactly the same reports and dashboards as you see in the web app view.
So if you have an empty dashboard in the web app, for example, it will also be empty in the mobile app.

However, Insights reports can't be edited or changed within the mobile app. If you would like a report or dashboard to appear differently in the mobile app, you need to edit it in the web app.
All reports and dashboards are displayed at the same size and shown under one another in the same order as they appear in the web app:

Viewing your data in mobile Insights
If the report you are viewing on mobile and the field values are not visible in the legend, you can expand the legend to see all of the values by tapping on the +n button (the “n” in this case representing the number beside the plus sign):

You can also click on any column in a report to view the specific details within it:

Switch between report pages
Since some reports are larger than the available mobile window, you can switch between report pages by tapping on the arrows or swiping on the chart area:

Filter dashboard by user or date
You can also apply date and user filters to a dashboard by tapping on a date or user icon (on the top right corner) and selecting an option:

You can also restore the original state of filters by choosing the “No filters” option under each filter:

Then all blue badges connected to the chosen filter will disappear, and you'll see the reports without any filtered data.
Switch between dashboards
You can switch between different dashboards by clicking on the dropdown menu (where the name of the currently selected dashboard is shown) and choosing a different dashboard:

All dashboards in the web app will appear on the list in the same order, including shared dashboards. The first dashboard listed will always appear first by default.
Dashboards are organized by sections the same way as in the web app and can be collapsed or expanded by tapping on the section.
Search for a specific report or dashboard
You can also search for a specific report or dashboard by tapping on the search icon and typing the keyword:

If the report or dashboard title contains the keyword, it will appear in the search results list. Once you select a dashboard or report from your search, the view will change accordingly and the chosen item will open.
If you select a report, the corresponding dashboard will open and automatically scroll down to the selected report.
Once you click the close (X) button, the search will close and show the previous dashboard view.
Previously searched keywords are saved so you can reuse them later:
