<p>Once you have logged into your mobile app account, click the <strong>”...“ </strong>in the bottom right corner and select <strong>“Insights.”</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Insights web view is embedded into the Pipedrive mobile app, so you‘ll see the same reports and dashboards as you see in the web app view.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Filtering dashboards on mobile<a name="filtering-dashboards-on-mobile"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note:</strong> For bar and column charts, pagination only appears if the quantity of columns or bars is more than six and appears horizontally and vertically.</div>
<p style="text-align: justify">You can also apply <strong>date</strong> and <strong>user</strong> <strong>filters</strong> to a dashboard by tapping on the <strong>date</strong> or <strong>user icon</strong> (in the top right corner) and selecting an option. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Your funnel conversion report displays your overall <strong>win rate</strong>. This is the percentage of deals that you have won or lost within your filter parameters. </p>

<p>There are three metrics you can use to alter the appearance and data in your charts: <strong>view by, measure by </strong>and <strong>segment by. </strong></p>

<p><strong>Insights viewers</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Shared dashboards set to <strong><strong>”</strong>view-only<strong>”</strong></strong> can’t be updated by non-owners. If any changes are made to the reports, they can be saved as a new report and added to your personal dashboard.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The quick filters are still available and specific to the user, meaning you can apply quick filters even when you‘re not the owner.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">As a viewer of a report, users <strong>can‘t</strong>:</p>
<ul><li>Add reports to the shared dashboard</li><li>Remove reports from the dashboard</li><li>Add shared reports to other dashboards</li><li>Share the dashboards and reports with other users</li></ul>
<p>Performing these actions requires <strong>editing</strong> access for Insights. <strong><br></strong></p>

To allow non-admin users to create links, go to <strong>Settings &gt; Manage users &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/permissions" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Permission sets</a></strong>, and enable the <strong><strong>”</strong></strong><strong><strong>Share Insights dashboards as public links</strong></strong><strong><strong>” </strong></strong>permission<strong><strong><strong><strong>.</strong></strong></strong></strong></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">To create a shareable link for your Insights dashboard, select a dashboard then click <strong>Share &gt; Share as public link &gt; </strong><strong>Get link</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">If you want to share the same dashboard with multiple different viewers, you can create multiple links by clicking on <strong>“Add new link” </strong>under the existing links.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">For example, if you want to share the same dashboard with your managers and clients, you can create two separate links and name them accordingly.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">To reassign a dashboard or report to a different user in your account, click <strong>Share &gt; dropdown menu &gt; Transfer ownership.</strong></p>

<h2>Update intervals<a name="update-intervals"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>When a user changes the update intervals for a dashboard, those changes are applied to every dashboard link created by that user.</div>
<p>To change the update intervals for a shared dashboard, two conditions must be met: </p>
<ul><li>You have to be the creator of the dashboard link</li><li>The link has to be opened in the browser it was created in</li></ul>

<p>The columns in this report display the conversion percentage based on the <strong>view by </strong>field.</p>
<p>So in the picture below:</p>
<ul><li>The Y-axis shows percentages representing how many of your <strong>total</strong> leads are in that column.</li><li>The X-axis divides the converted leads by their <strong>lead source</strong> (i.e. Import, Prospector, etc.)</li></ul>

<p style="text-align: justify">Our <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/email-tracking" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">email tracking</a> feature lets companies know how often customers are opening their emails. The feature works by adding tracking pixels to emails with tracking enabled, which registers when recipients open emails.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">However, it’s important to remember that your customers may have email providers that prevent the tracking of email opens and link clicks. In 2021, both <strong>Apple Mail</strong> and <strong>Gmail </strong>implemented new mail privacy policies<strong> </strong>to protect their consumers.<br></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In these cases, <strong>Pipedrive can‘t provide any tracking information for those emails</strong> and the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/insights-reports-emails-performance" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">emails performance reports</a> won’t reflect this data.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Pixel-based email tracking is only accurate if your customers’ email providers allow it, so while email tracking is helpful, there‘s no way to know if customers are opening your emails in the first place.</p>
<p>Here are a few tips to make sure you’re getting the best data possible:</p>
<ul><li>Link tracking is not affected by policies or caching, making it one of the most reliable engagement metrics</li><li>Focus on reliable and actionable data like deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes and spam reports.</li><li>Spam reports and unsubscribe requests can help you identify content irrelevant to your customers or diagnose weaknesses in your campaigns. Also, bounces can indicate outdated contact details or other issues with your email lists.</li></ul>

<p style="text-align: justify">For security reasons, instead of loading images from an external host server each time someone opens an email, Gmail stores these images locally on its own proxy servers.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">To duplicate a <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/insights-report-types" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">report</a> you’ve created, click the <strong>“...<strong>“</strong></strong> button on the right-hand side of your screen and select <strong>“Duplicate.<strong>“</strong></strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Contact reports have unique fields, so you have tools specifically for analyzing your contacts data. </p>

<p>Many, but not all, custom fields can be used with contact reports. </p>

This includes different types of charts, so you can see your data in a way that best suits your needs. <br></p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Chart types<a name="chart-types"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>You can click the <strong>”...“ </strong>in the top right corner of a bar, column or pie chart to customize the colors of your data sections.</div>
<p style="text-align: justify">There are five different chart types available in Insights: </p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Column and bar charts<a name="column-and-bar-charts"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>You can change the colors and number of bars in your chart by clicking the <strong>”...“ </strong>in the top right corner of your chart. <br></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">With column and bar charts, you have three fields for organizing your data: </p>
<ul><li><strong>Measure-by (Y-axis) </strong></li><li><strong>View-by (X-axis) </strong></li><li><strong>Segment-by (not mandatory)</strong></li></ul>

<p style="text-align: justify">The bar chart has the same fields, but the <strong>view-by </strong>and <strong>measure-by</strong> fields are switched. </p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Pie charts<br><a name="pie-charts"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>The options in the sidebar always reflect the segmented groups.</div>
<p>Pie charts include <strong>measure-by</strong> and <strong>segment-by </strong>fields, but unlike column and bar charts, they don’t feature a <strong>view-by</strong> field. </p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Scorecard and table view<a name="scorecard-and-table-view"></a></h2>
<div style="text-align: justify" class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>Scorecard view only has a <strong>measure by </strong>field, but you can use <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/filtering" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">filters</a> to specify the data. <br></div>
<p style="text-align: justify">The scorecard chart shows the total of a chosen measurement (number of activities, lead value, etc.)</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The smaller number and colored arrow above your scorecard show if the value has increased or decreased in the specified time interval, and by how much. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">In this case, the number of activities has decreased by 26 since last month. </p>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>The time interval used in the scorecard is based on the applied filters. <br></div>
<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Table </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">With the table chart, you can see your data as a customizable list, similar to the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/list-view" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">list view</a>. </p>

<p>You can: </p>
<ul><li>Choose which columns appear there using the <strong>gear icon</strong></li><li>Drag your columns to change their position</li><li>Click on any column header to organize the data in that column</li></ul>

<p style="text-align: justify">Pipedrive’s<a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-feature"> Insights</a><strong> product revenue forecast reporting </strong>helps you project revenue from regular and subscription products attached to your deals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">It takes into account the billing date and billing cycle information inserted in the products module.<br></p>

<p>To create a product revenue report, go to <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/progress/insights"><strong>Insights</strong></a> and click <strong>“+ Add item“ &gt;</strong> <strong>Report &gt;</strong> <strong>Revenue forecast &gt; Product revenue forecast</strong>.<br> </p>

<a name="C2IamCs"></a>Viewing your product revenue report</h2>
<h3 style="text-align: justify">Report columns</h3>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>The default <strong>view by</strong> field is <strong>Billing date. </strong></div>
<p dir="ltr">The columns in the report reflect the breakdown of the value of your products according to what you’ve selected to view on the <strong>X-axis.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr">By hovering over a column in the graph, you’ll see the total value of the products attached to your deals.<br></p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify">Table view</h3>
<p dir="ltr">At the bottom of the page, you also have a table containing a breakdown of the revenue displayed in the report.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Each column in the table represents the revenue data attached to a deal. If your deal consists of two or more products, all these products will be represented in the table on each row.<br></p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The data you see in your report can be adjusted using two different methods. </p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify">Filters<br></h3>
<p dir="ltr">The first section of the report provides filter options to refine the data set. Filters are available for deal, contact person and organization fields, allowing for targeted data analysis.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Under deal entities you can filter different data, such as deal billing date or deal revenue type. <p style="text-align: justify">In your report, the <strong>v</strong><strong>iew by</strong> option (X-axis) will show the billing date and <strong>monthly</strong> will be selected by default, but you can choose to view your report by the following frequencies:</p>

<p dir="ltr">The <strong>“Segment by”</strong> dropdown enables the categorization of revenue based on various product attributes:</p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Revenue type</strong> distinguishes between one-time products, recurring products, or installment-based revenues</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Revenue item</strong> identifies the specific product or installment associated with the revenue</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Owner</strong> allows segmentation of revenue by the deal owner</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Deal status</strong> segments revenue by the deal’s stage: open, won, or lost</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Organization/contact person</strong> segments revenue based on the associated contact or organization linked to the deals</p></li></ul>
