<h2>Sharing dashboards with other users<a name="sharing-dashboards-with-other-users"></a></h2>
To share your dashboard with other users in your Pipedrive account, click on Share in the top right corner. You can then select the user you want to share the dashboard with. Dashboards can be shared with everyone in the account, selected users, or teams.

The other user will see your dashboard under the Shared with me section of their Insights navigation. This shared dashboard and reports are view only and can not be updated by other users than the owner. If any changes are made to the reports, they can be saved as a new report and added to your personal dashboard. The quick filters are still available and individual to the user, meaning you will be able to apply quick filters even when you are not the owner.
As a viewer of a report, users can not:
<ul><li>Add reports to the shared dashboard.</li><li>Remove reports from the dashboard.</li><li>Add shared reports to other dashboards.</li><li>Share the dashboards and reports with other users. </li></ul>

 Notifications 

When a user is given access to a dashboard or report, they will receive an email notification. There are new “Shared with me” categories in the Reports and Dashboards sections of the Insights sidebar, where you can find them.

<a name="sharing-dashboards-externally"></a>Sharing dashboards externally</h2>
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: Creating shareable links is only available by default to Admin users. To allow non-admin users to create links, you can go to Settings &gt; Manage users &gt; <a href="https://craft-kb.pipedrive.tools/settings/permissions">Permission sets</a>, and enable the permission called 'Create Insights dashboard link'.</div>
You will also be able to share your dashboard with non-Pipedrive users with a public link. To create a shareable link for your Insights dashboard, select a dashboard from your sidebar and click on Public link in the top right corner.

 Once you create a link, you can copy it to your clipboard and easily send it to anyone who may be interested in how you and your team are doing.

 Once the non-Pipedrive users opens the link, they will be able to view the dashboard. The shared dashboard will be updated in live time as the data in your dashboard is updated. <a name="C2IamCs"></a>How can I manage viewer access?
If you want to share the same dashboard with more than just one viewer group, you can create multiple links by clicking on Add new link under the existing links.
For example, if you want to share the same dashboard with your manager and clients, you can create two separate links and name them accordingly. Click the pencil icon next to Shared with... to rename your link.

 This way, if you want to revoke access for one group, you can do so while still keeping the other link active for your other group. To delete a dashboard link and revoke access for whoever has that link, click on the trash can icon next to each link.

The Insights Dashboard is where you will see the customized collection of Reports you have added from your Reports section. 
You can customize your Dashboard according to what Reports you want to see and how you want to see them. You will also be able to share your Dashboard internally with other Pipedrive users, or with someone outside of Pipedrive. To add a report to a Dashboard, click on the Dashboards section of your Insights page and drag a report from the Reports sidebar directly into the Dashboard. You can change the size of the Report blocks to take up the full screen of your Dashboard, or just a small section if you want to see multiple Reports at a glance. To change the size of a Report in your Dashboard, hover over the Report and drag the resize icon in the bottom right corner until it matches the desired size. 
You can also rearrange the Report blocks to view them in the order you would like to see them. To do this, hover over the Report, click on the move icon in the top right corner, and drag the Report to the desired location.

To delete a Report from your Dashboard, you can click on the move icon in the top right corner, and drag the Report downwards onto the Remove from Dashboard section at the bottom of the screen.

On the Dashboard, you can easily filter by user or time frame by adjusting the Period and User filters in the top right corner. The changes will be applied across the entire Dashboard.

<li>
User— you can filter by individual user or team.</li>

This information makes it easier for your team to see where your sales are slowing down, allowing you to make improvements to speed up your sales process.

To create a deal duration report, click on the plus '+' sign next to the search bar, then select Report &gt; Deal &gt; Deal Duration.

 The duration report generated will have the following filter conditions by default. However, you can always adjust the filters to reflect the data you want to see.

</ul>
 It is recommended to view results by won or lost deals, but you can also add open deals to your filter conditions.

 Average time spent in your sales cycle 
You will see the average amount of time it takes for a deal to go through your sales cycle at the top of the report. This number is calculated by dividing the total amount of time your deals have spent in all stages by the total number of deals generated by your filter.

 The columns in the report will reflect the breakdown of your average sales cycle by days according to what you have selected to view by in the X-axis. The report will default to Stage entered. By hovering over a column in the graph, you will see the number of deals that contributed to the average time in each stage.

The deals you see in your reports can be adjusted in the filtering section at the top of the report. You can edit the existing filter, or select Add condition to add more criteria.

In order to build a Report on specific information in your account, you can create a filter to narrow down your results. If you want to add more conditions for your Report filter to further specify your data, you can hit the Add condition button and enter the additional filter condition. The graphs in the Report will be automatically adjusted according to changes made in the filter conditions.

In each filter condition, you can either choose “is”, or “is any of” as the selector.

<li>'Is' will allow you to filter according to one selection in the condition. </li>
<li>'is any of' will allow you to make more than one selection in the condition if the field you choose to filter for is a single or multiple option field (e.g. stage, pipeline, status).</li></ul>

Once you finish setting up the Report’s filter, you can then choose to see your Report results in one of four different types of charts: column chart, bar chart, pie chart, or table chart. Under each chart, you will see the data selected in a list view format.

With the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-feature" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360001930658">Insights reporting</a> feature, you can get a deeper understanding of your sales process and pipeline performance by building customizable conversion reports to see the conversion rate when a deal moves from stage to stage or from open to closed. 
Insights Conversion reporting can be divided into two types of reports: 
<ul>
<li>Funnel Conversion reports allow you to clearly view your deal conversion rate between stages in your pipeline.</li>
<li>Win/loss Conversion reports allow you to see the overall deal win and loss rates for various groups such as owner, organization and time periods.</li></ul>

Funnel Conversion</h2>
Funnel Conversion reports are always generated by pipeline and show how your deals are performing as they move through the pipeline's stages.

Note: Deals marked as Won in an early stage will be displayed in the report as being present through all stages of the pipeline.</div>
 Creating a funnel conversion report
To create a report for your funnel conversion data, click the plus '+' sign next to the search bar, then Report &gt; Deal &gt; Conversion.

By default, the funnel conversion report will display each stage of your pipeline and the percentage of deals that were won from all deals created.
Viewing your funnel conversion report
Your funnel conversion report will display your overall win rate. This is the percentage of deals that you have won compared to the total number of deals in that pipeline (won deals/total deals in the first stage).

Along with the percentage of deals progressed through your pipeline, you will see a breakdown of the number of deals that should be started in order for you to win one deal, as well as your deal conversion between stages. This statistic will only show when Number of deals is chosen on the left-hand side of your report.

 Editing or deleting your funnel conversion report 
When your report is generated it will have a default <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207497075">filter</a>. You can edit the default filter or add your own conditions.

Note: Please be aware that the Pipeline condition can not be removed, as the funnel conversion reports are always generated by pipeline.</div>
The X-axis will show all of the stages in your pipeline by default, so you can view the conversion of your deals from each stage to the next. You can exclude stages from your pipeline to compare the conversion between any two stages.

The Y-axis represents the number of deals in your pipeline. This can be changed to your Deal value, Deal weighted value, Number of deals, or any of your numerical or monetary type <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/custom-fields" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207228075">custom fields</a>. Click on the Number of deals to switch to any of these other options.

The Win/loss conversion report displays your win/loss ratio regardless of the pipeline. Like the rest of your Insights reports, you have the ability to create filters to customize your reports. 
Creating a Win/loss conversion report
To create a report for your Deal conversion data, click the '+' sign in the sidebar, and select Deal Conversion. By default, a funnel conversion report will be created, but you can change this to a Win/loss conversion report by clicking the Win/loss toggle at the top of the page.

In this report, you can view both your win and loss rates on the same graph. In order for this report to be generated, you will need to ensure that the filter is set to show deals that have been marked as won or lost.

 Editing your Win/loss conversion report
We recommend generating your overall conversion reports based on the number of closed deals, so the filter for your overall conversion report will be set to this year and won/lost deals by default. If you prefer, you can change the status filter to also include open deals.

When editing the filter for your report, you can use default fields or <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/custom-fields" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207228075">custom fields</a> to add filter conditions.

 Your report will generate the conversion rate by Owner automatically, but it is possible to change the grouping option by clicking on the field in the x-axis.

To create a Deal Progress report, go to the Progress tab &gt; Insights, click the plus '+' sign next to the search bar, then Report &gt; Deal &gt; Progress.

Note: Only the most recent stage progression is shown in this report. For example, if a deal has entered Stage 2, and is later moved back to the previous stage called Stage 1, then that deal will not be shown in the Progress Report for Stage 2. In addition, the timestamp which indicates the time when the deal entered Stage 1 will be the time when the deal moved back to Stage 1, not when it initially entered Stage 1.</div>
 The progress report will default to the following filters:

 You can always adjust or add filters according to the data you want to see. The Date of entering stage condition will be locked in since it is the default field needed to assess deal progress.

How is deal progress measured?

If you choose to measure by Number of deals, you will see the number of deals that have entered each stage in the timeframe selected. Other deal progress measures such as deal value and deal weighted value can also be selected. Hovering over each column will show the breakdown of the field you have chosen to segment by.
The entered stage deal count will also include deals that have skipped that stage while moving on to a future stage. Insights reporting offers a lot of flexibility in customizing your reports to reflect the data you want to see. The progress report will always show you the stage entered field since it's important to know where your deals advance to, but you can group how you want to view this data in a number of ways.

You can choose the field you want to measure your deals by on the left-hand side of the chart.

Many people who use Pipedrive prefer to do their work in our <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/what-features-do-the-mobile-apps-have" target="_blank">Mobile App</a>, and now there will be more to use it for.
With <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/insights-feature" target="_blank">Insights</a> for Mobile, you can now see all of the reports and dashboards created in your web app, right in your mobile device.

<h2>Where is the feature located?<a name="where-is-the-feature-located"></a></h2>
Once you have logged into your mobile app account, navigate to the side menu and click on the Insights tab:

Insights web view will be embedded into the Pipedrive Mobile app, meaning you will see exactly the same reports and dashboards as you see in the web app view.
So if you have a Dashboard that is empty in the web app, for example, it will also be empty in the mobile app.

However, Insights reports cannot be edited or changed within the mobile app. If you would like a report or dashboard to appear differently in the mobile app, you will need to do that editing within the web app. 
Additionally, all reports and dashboards will be displayed at the same size and will be shown one under another in the same order as they appear in the web app:

If the report you are viewing on mobile and the field values are not visible in the legend, you can expand the legend to see all of the values by tapping on the +n button (the "n" in this case representing the number beside the plus sign):

Switch between report pages
Since some reports are larger than the available mobile window, you can switch between report pages by tapping on the arrows or swiping on the chart area:

Filter dashboard by user or date
You can also apply date and/or user filters to a dashboard by tapping on a date/user icon (on the top right corner) and selecting a needed option:

You can also restore the original state of filters by choosing the No filters option under each filter:

Then all blue badges connected to the chosen filter will disappear, and the reports will be shown without any data being filtered. 
Switch between dashboards
You can switch between different dashboards by clicking on the dropdown menu (where the name of the currently selected Dashboard is shown) and choosing a different dashboard:

All dashboards that appear in the web app are shown in the list (including the ones that have been shared) and the order of the Dashboards will be the same as it is in the web app. The first Dashboard listed will always appear first by default. 
Dashboards are organized by sections the same way as in the web app and can be collapsed or expanded by tapping on the section. 
Search for a specific report or dashboard
You can also search for a specific report and/or dashboard by tapping on the search icon and typing the keyword:

If the report or dashboard's title contains the keyword, then it appears in the search results list. And once you select a dashboard or report from your search, the view changes accordingly, and the chosen item opens.
If you select a report, then the dashboard which contains this report opens and it is automatically scrolled down to the selected report.
Once you click the Close (X) button then the search closes and you will be navigated back to the previous dashboard view.
Previously searched keywords are saved so you can re-use them later:

The Subscription revenue report will give you a report on the total amount of revenue generated by recurring, one-time, or payment schedule type revenues, according to the time frame selected. 
Recurring and One-time amounts reflect +Subscription plans, and Payment schedule amounts reflect plans added under +Payment schedule. In order to generate this type of report, it's necessary to have recurring, one-time, or payment schedule type revenues configured to your deals.

You can keep track of your subscriptions using the recurring revenue type reports in the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/insights-feature">Insights feature</a>. To see these reports, go to Progress &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/progress/insights">Insights</a>, click on '+' symbol next to your Reports tab, and click on the Subscription revenue report.

By default, the filter applied will show you all payments due this year, but you can always adjust the filter or add conditions according to how you want to see your data.

If you want to group your earnings by a different time frame (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.), you can do so by adjusting the filter in the x-axis of the graph. The report will show you past earnings as well as projected earnings for future payments.

To create a report for your lead conversion data, click the plus '+' sign next to the search bar, then Report &gt; Lead &gt; Conversion.

<h2>Viewing your lead conversion report<a name="viewing-your-lead-conversion-report"></a></h2>
This report shows the rate of converting leads to deals for various groups (such as lead source, creator, time periods, etc).
Column chart
For this type of chart, the columns show the percentage of the Measure by (Conversion) field of the total.
For example, if you choose Conversion by Lead value and View by Lead source, each bar in the chart is showing the percentage of the value of Converted to deal leads of each lead source of the total value of leads of the same source.
This means if a user created 10 leads with the total value of $100k, and 1 of them with the total value of $15k is converted to deal, the bar will show 10% conversion for this lead source.

In order to build a report on specific information in your account, you can create a filter to narrow down your results.
If you want to add more conditions for your report filter to further specify your data, you can hit the Add condition button and enter the additional filter condition. The graphs in the report will be automatically adjusted according to changes made in the filter conditions.

Within the filter conditions you can choose “is”, or “is any of” as the selector.

<li>'Is' will allow you to filter according to one selection in the condition. </li>
<li>'is any of' will allow you to make more than one selection in the condition if the field you choose to filter for is a single or multiple option field (e.g. label, status, source).</li></ul>

Once you finish setting up the report's filter, you can then choose to see your report results in one of five different types of charts: column chart, bar chart, pie chart, scorecard chart or table chart. Under each chart, you will see the data selected in a list view format.
 Column chart:

With the column chart you will be able to organize your data in the following ways: 
<ul>
<li>
What to measure by in your results (Y-axis)— Number of leads, lead value.</li>
<li>
What to view your results by (X-axis)— various default, custom deal/lead fields, and contact fields. </li>
<li>
Additional segmentation for your results (not mandatory)— various default and custom deal/lead fields. The options in the sidebar will be adjusted according to the segmented groups.</li>

In the Column chart, you will be able to track your data over time in the X-axis, by choosing from the following intervals:

Scorecard chart:

The Scorecard chart shows the total of the chosen measurement (number of leads, lead value).

Table Chart:

With the Table Chart, you can see your data as a customizable list, similar to the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/list-view" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000146149">list view</a>. To choose the fields you wish to see, you can:

<li>
Apply different fields as columns. To add columns to the table chart, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the chart and select the fields that you want to see.
</li>
<li>Sort the column values by clicking on the column header. </li>

 Pipedrive's Insights Revenue forecast report enables you to estimate your future revenue, understand what deals have been closed, and what deals need to be closed. This allows you to plan your time while having an accurate estimate of the future resources available to you.

The Revenue forecast report generated will have the following filter conditions set by default but you can always add more filters to reflect the data you want to see.
<ul>
<li>Forecast period</li>
<li>Status</li>
</ul>
 Keeping the Status is any of Won/Open filter means that all of your gained and predicted revenue is taken into account.

By hovering over the report, you will see a breakdown of your existing and predicted revenue.

 Cumulative forecast
When viewing your cumulative forecast, the amount of revenue generated/predicted is included in each bar in the report, showing the accumulated revenue throughout the selected timeframe.

Open deals— will take the expected close date into account.</li>
<li>
Won deals— will take into account deal won time 
</li>
</ul>

 Regular (non-cumulative) forecast
From the View option on the X-axis, select forecast to view your report non-cumulatively. This will show you your generated and expected revenue by the time frame your View filter is segmented by.

 The deals you see in your reports can be adjusted in the filtering section at the top of the report. You can edit the existing filter, or select Add condition to add more criteria.

In your report, the View option (X-axis) will have Cumulative forecast - Monthly selected by default, but you can choose to change this to a regular forecast by clicking on the dropdown and selecting a different time-frame.

The Measured by option on the Y-axis will allow you to choose between viewing your Deal value, Deal weighted value, or a <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/custom-fields" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207228075">custom monetary field</a>. Your weighted probability takes into account the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-set-stage-probability" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="115005650549">stage probability</a> or <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-set-deal-probability" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="115005650709">deal probability</a> you have set.

Emails are one of the most important activities that any salesperson carries out during their sales process. Whether sending an introductory email, following up with a customer, or closing a deal it is essential that you can review how your emails are performing. To track this, you can create an <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-feature" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360001930658">Insights</a> Emails Performance report. Any emails sent or received using our <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/email-sync" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000030169">Email Sync</a> or <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/smart-email-bcc" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000015825">Smart Email BCC</a> will be tracked in this report.

To create an emails performance report, click on the plus '+' sign next to the search bar, then Report &gt; Activity &gt; Emails performance.

By default your Emails Performance report will apply the "sent/received time is" condition to your filter. This condition is mandatory and can not be changed. The timeframe chosen by default is monthly but this can be changed to the timeframe you would like by clicking on the dropdown option.
You can add more conditions to your filter to generate more specific reports.

 Customizing your emails performance report allows you to track questions such:
<ul>
<li>How many emails were sent?</li>
<li>How many emails were received?</li>
<li>How many emails were opened?</li>
</ul>
 The emails you see in your reports can be adjusted in the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207497075">filtering</a> section at the top of the report. You can edit the existing filter, or select Add condition to add more criteria.
 View by (x-axis)
In your report's x-axis, the View by option allows you to view your emails by Email direction, User, or a range of other email fields. For example, by selecting View by Email direction, you can see how many emails were sent and received and how many were opened.

Your emails performance report will default to measured by Number of emails. This is the only available field for your emails report to be measured by.

 Segment by
You can further break down your column chart by segmenting your emails in the top right corner. When hovering over your data, you will see the breakdown of what you chose to view or segment your data by.

Your Activities report will show you the added activities for this month by default, but you can adjust and add more conditions to filter by additional activity fields. 
For example, you can change Add time to Marked as done time to view completed activities instead.

Customizing your activities performance report allows you to track questions such as:

<li>How many activities were completed?</li>
<li>How many activities were added?</li>
<li>What activities are planned for this week?</li>
<li>How many hours (duration) of a certain activity was completed this month? </li>
<li>Your activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

Measure by (y-axis)
Your activities report will default to measured by Number of activities. You can also change it to measure by Duration, which will show you how many hours were spent on your activities.

There are two ways to export data from Pipedrive. Exporting from the List view will allow you to combine data from different items (Deals, Organizations, and People) to build reports of what you need. Exporting from Settings allows you to export all data for each item individually.

To export individual deal information to a spreadsheet, go to a deal's detail view and click on the "..." (more) icon &gt; Export as XLS in the top right corner. The spreadsheet will include deal details and information of any linked people or organizations.

If you want to export custom reports on your deals, organizations, or other items in Pipedrive, you can easily do so from the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/list-view" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000146149">List View.</a> First, go to the List View of an item and <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207497075">filter</a> for the type of data you want to export. 
For example, if you only wanted to export won deals, you would select the filter All won deals to only pull up deals that fit that criteria.

Once you have the filter you want, select the data fields you want to export by choosing the columns you wish to see in your list view. You can choose from fields related to Deals, People, and Organizations, mixing and matching data from all three to get the perfect combination of what you need.

To export, click the three dots in the top right of the screen and select Export filter results. Pipedrive will then export all the information that fits the filter and columns that you set.

 The List View — found in both the Deals and Contacts tab — is a useful tool for generating reports and filters for your valuable information in Pipedrive. To get the most out of this view, it is best to know all of the ways to present your data, so you can see the most valuable information at any time.

Built like an interactive spreadsheet, the List View allows you to choose which columns are displayed, in what order, and how they are displayed. Since you know your data best, we put you in control of how it is shown, so that you can do your best work. 
To choose which columns are displayed in the List View, go to your List View, and click the gear icon on the right side of the table. In the Choose columns prompt the appears, unselect any columns you do not want displayed, and select any other columns you wish to be displayed in that table.

 Columns can also be rearranged or resized, so that you can adjust based on your needs. To rearrange columns, simply click-and-drag a column header and move it to where you wish for it be displayed in the table.

From the List View, you can sort out your lists to viewing information in ascending or descending order. To sort information in your List View, simply click on a column header to begin sorting by descending value, and click it again if you wish to sort by ascending value. If you wish to sort by a second column, hold down the Shift key before clicking the second column header.

In Pipedrive, you can filter any of the information in your database — like your deals and contacts — based on many different criteria. To begin filtering your information, click on the Filter button. A drop-down will appear, showing the default filters available to all Pipedrive users. To begin learning more about how best to use filters in Pipedrive, click <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207497075">here</a>.

 Save selected columns with filter
When creating a filter, you have the option to save selected columns with the filter. Enabling this makes note of the columns displayed in your List View in this filter, and saves that information along with any of the filter conditions. The next time to click on this saved filter in your MY FILTERS area, the columns in your List View will change to display that exact information, so you don't need to keep making adjustments.

To clear out any existing filters, switch over to Owners &gt; Everyone under the filters button in the top right corner.

From within the List View, you are also able to export the displayed information into a separate spreadsheet file, for your own uses. To do so, click the "..." button In the far right corner, and click Export filter results. You'll be given the option to export an Excel (.xls) or CSV (.csv) file. Once selected, you'll be shown the Data export page, and given information about the status of your export session. Once completed, the created spreadsheet will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

<a name="bulk-editing"></a>Bulk-Editing</h2>
The information displayed in the List View can be edited in several different ways.To edit one field at a time, hover over a cell and click the Pencil icon that appears to edit only the information displayed in that cell.

 To edit multiple rows displayed in the List View at once, click on the checkboxes (to the left of the table) of the rows you wish to edit. In the Bulk Edit panel that appears on the right side of the screen, select the value you wish to edit for those rows, and edit accordingly. Click the Edit deals button to finalize those changes.

You will see a confirmation window popup where you can review and confirm your changes.

Once you confirm, you will and be able to monitor the updating progress in the bottom left corner of your window.

 To select all rows in the List View at once, click on the column header checkbox. This selects everything in your current filter and all results — even the one not currently displayed on the screen — to edit huge amounts of information at once.

You can either select and delete specific items from your list, or you can bulk delete all results of your filter.
To delete only a few selected items, select the checkboxes of the items you want to delete in your List View, and click on the trash can icon to delete them.

 To delete all the results of your filter, select all by clicking the checkbox in the header of the checkbox column. Deleting this will delete all results of your filter —not just the ones you see on your screen.

If you are in an industry that is focused on recurring billing or subscriptions, the Recurring revenue feature can help track and project your earnings over time, even long after the deal has been won.
This feature is split into two locations: the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/detail-view" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000106249">deal's detail view</a> and the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-feature" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360001930658">Insights reporting feature</a>.

<a name="set-up-recurring-revenue-for-your-deals"></a>Set up recurring revenue for your deals</h2>
Under the Revenue panel in a deal's detail view, you can set up a Subscription or Payment Schedule for your deal's billing plan. A subscription will reflect a recurring billing plan, and a payment schedule can be customized for a more flexible billing plan.

Subscriptions
You can set up a subscription for your deal to for payments that happen on a regular schedule. 
To get started, go to the Revenue panel of a deal's detail view and click on +Subscription. In the window that appears, you can fill in the subscription's following:
<ul><li>Recurring amount — the value of each recurring payment</li><li>Description — a short description of your subscription</li><li>Number of payments (option to set as infinite payments) — the total number of cycles</li><li>Interval — the amount of time between each cycle</li><li>Start date — the starting date of the subscription</li></ul>

Note: If infinite payments is selected, payments will be generated automatically until the subscription is canceled. </div>
 If you want to add a one-time payment to your subscription, for example, a setup or initiation fee, you can add this under Additional Payments.

 When you click Save, the subscription plan will appear as active under the deal's revenue panel.

Payment Schedule 
If your deal requires a payment plan that is not on a set cycle or amount per payment, you can set up a Payment Schedule instead of a subscription. This will give you more flexibility in customizing your deal's payment plan. 
Click on + Payment schedule to get started. In the window that appears, you can fill in the subscription's following:
<ul><li>Total amount — the total value of the payment</li><li>Number of payments — the total number of payments</li><li>Interval — the amount of time between each cycle</li><li>Start date — the starting date of the payment schedule</li></ul>
The individual payments will automatically populate under Payment Schedule, but you can update the description, amount, and due date for each payment.

Note: The 'amount' and 'due on' details under the individual payments will override any settings set in the general settings above. </div>

Subscriptions
If you click on the pencil icon in the revenue panel of an active subscription, you can edit the Effective from date, Recurring amount, Description, and additional payment information of your billing plan.

 What happens if a subscription is canceled? 
If a few cycles in, your client decides to cancel their subscription, you can easily adjust this under the recuring revenue panel to cancel all future cycle payments. This way, your reports will show only the revenue for the cycles that have already occurred and not for any future ones. 
To cancel a subscription, click on the '...' under your revenue panel and click on Cancel subscription. You will have to enter the cancellation date before confirming.

 Multiple Payments 
If you click on the pencil icon in the revenue panel with a payment schedule, you can edit the description, amount, and due date of the payment schedule. You can also add or delete individual payments from your billing plan.

 Deleting your billing plan
If you want to delete a subscription or payment schedule entirely, you can click on the '...' under your revenue panel and click on Delete subscription. This will completely remove all cycles of the subscription from your reports and allow you to create a new one for that particular deal.
 Hiding the Revenue panel from your Detail View
If you want to hide the Revenue panel from your deals detail view, click on the '...' button on the top right corner of the page and click on Manage sidebar sections. From there, you can unselect the Revenue panel in the options that appear. You can learn more about sidebar management in <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/detail-view-sidebar" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360004862397">this article</a>. 
This will hide the revenue panel from all of your deal detail pages, but not affect your recurring revenue insights reports.

Recurring Revenue

While you may choose between having deals in the Forecast View sorted by their deal won time or their expected close date, you may also create a date-type custom field in Pipedrive, and use that date to sort those deals. Once created, that custom field will be available as an option when clicking the gear icon in the Forecast View. How can I sort deals in the Forecast View by a different timeframe?

To know how much money your business has made is useful, but sometimes you need to know how much money you could be making in the future. In Pipedrive, we have the Forecast View to help you get an idea of the revenue projection for your company.

 The Forecast View will project your revenue by using the expected close date of the deal. The expected close date is the date you expect to have a concrete idea of if the deal will be marked as WON or LOST. If a deal has already been marked as WON, then that deal's won date will be used instead of the expected close date, for the purposes of calculating value in the Forecast View.

 If the expected close date is not your ideal way of understanding your potential incoming revenue, you can also create your own custom date field — for example, 'delivery date' — and the Forecast View can use that information to project your revenue instead. To learn about creating custom fields in Pipedrive, click <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/custom-fields" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207228075">here</a>. To access the Forecast View, simply go to the Deals tab and click on the third View button.

Once there, you will find a calendar-like view of your deals. In the headers of each column, you will find a summary of your projected revenue, based (by default) on the expected close date of your deals. In that summary is a total value for all currently-open deals, a total value for all won deals, and a projection of the combined revenue of your won and open deals would be — should you win them all successfully. Note: If you have any customized probability for your deals or stages, that weighted value will be presented in the Forecast View. To customize your columns — number of columns, time intervals displayed — click on the gear icon and select your preferred options.

The Green Status Bar
The green status bar indicates what stage that deal currently resides in — the further along the green status bar is, the further along it is in the pipeline. Deals that are furthest along the pipeline are prioritized on the top of your Forecast View. This allows you to see the deals that are closest to being marked as WON first.

Drag-and-Drop to Update
You may realize that some of the deals in your Forecast View will not actually be closed by the date currently listed. To update this information, simply drag-and-drop deals from one column to the another, allowing you to update the deal’s expected close date.

The Deal Forecast View: Revenue Projection

Deals in your Forecast View are ordered based on their current pipeline stage, and last update time.

You may also choose between having them sorted by their deal creation date or their expected close date. To choose these options, or choosing to show Won or Open deals first can be made by clicking the gear icon found in the top right-hand corner.

How are deals ordered in the Forecast View?

When in the Forecast View of your Pipedrive account, you can use a filter to view the incoming revenue brought in by the other users in your Pipedrive account. To filter for those activities, click on the filter dropdown, and select the name of the user. For more about filtering in Pipedrive, click <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207497075">here</a>.

How can I see projected revenue for my colleagues' deals in the Forecast View?

If you believe you should be able to view items owned by one of the other users in your Pipedrive account — but cannot see that information — we suggest checking the displayed filter in the Forecast View, to verify that it should be showing that user's owned items. 
However, be aware that users may have their visibility restricted in the Pipedrive account, based on the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/207341695-Users-Permissions-Controlling-visibility" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207341695">vi</a><a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/visibility-groups" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000309498">sibility groups</a> in Pipedrive, dictated by the Admin User of the account. If you have any questions regarding those visibility permissions, we suggest inquiring with the Admin User of your Pipedrive account.

Why can't I see won deals in the Forecast View?

If your account is currently under a Professional or Enterprise plan, you can create and set goals for <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/teams" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000246589">teams</a> in your Pipedrive account, allowing you to have a more dynamic look into the progress of your company. <li>
Deals won— based on the number or value of total won deals. Deals won by value will appear in the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/insights-reports-revenue-forecast" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360013719677">Revenue Forecast</a> report as well. </li>
<li>
Activities added— based on the number of new activities added by type.</li>
<li>
Activities completed— based on the number of activities marked as done.</li>
<li>
Revenue Forecast— based on the weighted value of open and won deals. (Professional plan only) 
</li>
</ul>

When creating a goal, you will need to provide certain information about that goal.
<ul>
<li>
Assignee— Goals can be assigned to specific users or the entire company. You can also assign goals to <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/teams" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="360000345797">Teams</a> if you are on the Professional or Enterprise plan.</li>
<li>
Pipeline— You can choose the Pipeline that the goal will apply to or have it apply to all Pipelines. If 'No specific pipeline' is selected for an activity goal, activities with no linked deals will also be included. </li>
<li>
Activity type (Activities)— Select the activity type you want your goal to reflect. </li>
<li>
Tracking metric (deals)— You can track your deal goals by deal value or deal count. </li>
<li>
Interval— The frequency to set your goal for. Goals can be measured weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. </li>
<li>
Goal duration— When you want your goal to start and end. If you have no end date for your goal, you can leave this field blank. </li>
<li>
Expected outcome— The target for the type of goal selected. The expected outcome will automatically reflect your selected interval. The value can not be empty. 
</li>

Note: You will not be able to create a goal if duplication is detected. Duplication will happen if there is a goal that has all the same attributes except for interval and expected outcome. </div>

Your new goal will appear under the Goals section of your Insights navigation. On the top, you will see the details of your goal, and if you hover over the chart, you can see how the goal is progressing. These reports will be updated in live time, so you will always see the latest data.

 Click on a data point in your graph to open it up in list format and export.

<a name="permission-sets"></a>Permission Sets </h2>
The ability for users to view goals depends on their role and the permission settings: See company's statistics and See other users' statistics.
<ul>
<li>Regular users can view the company, other users, and team goals if both permissions are on. They can always view their own team’s goals.</li>
<li>Team managers can view the company, other users, and team goals if both permissions are on. They can always view their team's goals.</li>
<li>Admin users can always view the company, user, and team goals.</li>
</ul>
 However, even with these permission sets enabled, regular users will not be able to add, edit, or delete other user's goals. Team managers can add, edit, or delete other user’s goals only if they are in that manager's team, and if they have both permissions enabled.

The data in your report can be exported by scrolling down to the list below your report and clicking on Export.

A popup will appear showing the list of all of the data included in that report. You can customize the columns you would like to export, then click on Export results. You can then choose which file type you would like to export the results to — either .csv or .xls. Once the export is ready, you can download the file.

Currency conversion in reporting is calculated through our partner <a href="https://openexchangerates.org/" target="_blank">Open Exchange Rates</a>. Pipedrive automatically converts the value of deals won in different currencies to your default currency, excluding <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-create-a-custom-currency" target="_blank" data-type="zendeskArticle" data-language="en" data-zendesk-id="207420209">custom currencies</a>. Please note that these exchange rate values are for statistical purposes only. The conversion rate shown by Pipedrive may differ from that of you or your customer's banks, so the numbers demonstrated in reports may not reflect the amount received in your bank account.
