<p style="text-align: justify">You can open the bulk-editing menu in your list view by selecting multiple items. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">You can export custom reports on your deals, organizations, or other items in Pipedrive from the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/list-view" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">list view.</a> First, go to the list view of an item and <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/filtering" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">filter</a> for the specific data you want to export. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify">For example, to export lost deals, select the filter <strong>“</strong><strong>All lost deals<strong>“</strong></strong> to only pull up deals that fit the criteria. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Once you have the filter, select the data fields you want to export by editing your list view columns. You can choose from deal, person and organization fields, mixing and matching data from all three to get your perfect combination.</p>

<h2>Exporting from Insights<a name="exporting-from-insights"></a></h2>
<p>There are two ways you can <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/exporting-data-from-insights" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">export data from your Insights tool</a>.</p>
<h4>Exporting charts</h4>
<p>To export a report, goal, or dashboard, click the <strong>“Export”</strong> dropdown in the top right corner, and select one of the available file types: </p>

<h4>Exporting to spreadsheets</h4>
<p>You can export the table view of your report as a spreadsheet by clicking the <strong>“Export” </strong>button above the table. </p>

<h2>Exporting from “Users and access”<a name="exporting-from-users-and-access"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary"><strong>Note: </strong>Only users with account settings access can export the company user list from the “Users and access” tab.</div>
<p>You can export users’ app access data by going to <strong><a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/users" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Manage users</a> &gt; Users and access</strong>.</p>
<p>This data includes:</p>
