The list view is a powerful administrative and reporting tool within Pipedrive, which can be accessed from within your deals, contacts and activities tabs. If enabled in the Advanced, Professional, or Enterprise plan, it may also be accessed when utilizing the Products feature.
What can I do in the list view?
Working like a spreadsheet within Pipedrive, the list view allows you to generate filtered reports based off of the information in your Pipedrive database.
In the list view, you also have the ability to make bulk edits to your data or export data out to a spreadsheet file to share with your colleagues. The list view makes it effortless to keep your ever-growing database up-to-date and effective, keeping your sales process on track.
Hovercards in the list view
If you hover over a person, organization, or deal in the list view, you will get a popup card that includes an overview of that item.
People – The card will have the person's name, email, phone and linked organization. you can click through to the person or organization detail page direction.
Organizations – The card will include the organization's name and address. you can click through to the organization page directly.
Deals – The card will include the deal title, value, linked person, linked organization, expected close date and current stage. you can click through to the person and organization detail pages directly or move the deal to another stage directly in the card.
