The List View is a powerful administrative and reporting tool within Pipedrive, that can be accessed from within your Deals, Contacts, and Activities tabs. If enabled in the Advanced, Professional, or Enterprise plan, it may also be accessed when utilizing the Products feature.
Working like a spreadsheet within Pipedrive, the List View allows you to generate filtered reports based off of the information in your Pipedrive database.
In the List View you also have the ability to make bulk edits to your data, or export data out to a spreadsheet file to share with your colleagues. The List View makes it effortless to keep your ever-growing database up-to-date and effective, keeping your sales process on track.
If you hover over a person, organization, or deal in the List View, you will get a popup card that includes an overview of that item.
