Billing: Top-ups
Top-ups are paid add-ons that let you increase the limit of specific Pipedrive features.
They’re designed to give your team more flexibility, so you can scale your usage without needing to upgrade your plan.
What are top-ups?
Top-ups allow you to increase the limits of certain Pipedrive features, like reports, automations, or API tokens.
Each top-up adds a fixed number of additional units and can be purchased in multiples, up to a set maximum depending on the feature.
Users with account settings permissions enabled can manage top-ups directly in their Billing settings.

How to remove top-ups
To remove a top-up from your subscription:
- Go to Billing > Add-ons.

- Click “Review purchase” at the bottom of the page
- Follow the checkout flow to confirm the changes

Top-ups vs. booster packs
While top-ups and booster packs both increase feature limits, they work differently.
If you currently use booster packs, you’ll retain access to them on your existing plan. However, you won’t be able to purchase additional ones after July 2025.
To increase limits beyond that date, you’ll need to switch to a new plan and use top-ups instead.
Key differences
- Top-ups are one standard size (no standard vs. premium)
- You can buy top-ups in multiples, based on your needs
- Top-ups are built specifically for the new plans
- Booster packs aren’t supported on new plans and will be removed if you switch
