Add contacts and create deals for them

Contacts (People and Organizations) hold long-term contact information such as phone numbers, and will be automatically created whenever you add a “Deal” to Pipedrive. But you can also create a contact profile and create a deal for it later in the future.

Each contact can be associated with one or several deals, and each deal can be associated with one or multiple contacts (even if the additional contacts belong to different Organizations).

Alternatively, you can import data from your previous CRM (see help) or from spreadsheets (see help).
