Scheduling

The scheduler is a great way to keep in touch with your clients at a time that's convenient for you both.

To start scheduling, go to Settings > Scheduling > Schedule new event.
You can also go to the Activities tab and click the  Propose Times button found there, allowing you to schedule a new event.

Onc edone, you can create and name a regular or recurring event. The name of the event will appear at the top of the form that your customer will fill in. A regular event can be set to happen once — or multiple times — but will only happen on the specific date that you have set.

For a recurring event, you will get a list of days of the week, a 'Starts on' date, and an 'Ends on' date.
The event will be set to occur on the selected day of the week, from the chosen start-date until the chosen end-date.

Click on a time block in the list to create an event. If you'd like to then edit the length of the event or change the start time, click on the pencil icon in the corner of the calendar block.

Once you've set up the events, you'll get a link to share with your customers. Clicking on the link copies it to your computer's clipboard, allowing you to paste it in an email (or message, or social media) to your customers or prospects.

Customers who click it will get a list of available times that you are available, displayed in your timezone.

They can select a time from the available options, enter their contact details, and Pipedrive will automatically reserve that time-slot for that customer, create a Person contact in Pipedrive for them, create an associated Pipedrive activity for you, and inform you of this via email.

If you want to track how your event is doing, you'll find it under Settings > Scheduling, where you will be able to see all scheduled events, and find your sharable link if you ever need to re-send it.

That way, all you have to do is attend the meeting, and close that deal!
