Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.
You may find that a Regular User in your account requires the permissions that are only available to Admin Users in Pipedrive. To promote them, just follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings > Users & Permissions > Users.
- Find the Admin column in the list of Pipedrive users.
- Click the 'No' next to the Regular User in the question, turning it to a 'Yes'
