Pipedrive services in Russia and Belarus FAQ

In support of the people of Ukraine and following a wave of sanctions imposed after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, we are suspending Pipedrive services in Russia and Belarus.

When will this suspension end?

We will monitor the situation and review our decision internally as and when significant developments occur.


Will this be a temporary measure?

We aim to reinstate servicing our customers in Russia and Belarus as soon as peace and territorial integrity of Ukraine have been restored.


What will I see during account suspension?

You will see a screen pop-over if you try to log in during this time, which will direct you to Support for any questions.


What will happen to my data?

You will be able to access and export your data until your next renewal date. Any data left in your account after your next renewal date will be kept securely until we reinstate your service.


My payment has already failed. What do I do now?

Any Russian or Belarusian customers whose payment has already failed now have a 30-day grace period. You will be able to export your data during these 30-days, after which your account will be terminated, and your data will not be saved.

Do I have time to download all my data? (E.g., contact information for prospects)

You can export your Pipedrive data before your next renewal date. You will no longer have access to your account and any data kept within your account from that date.

Any data left in your account will be kept securely, and you can access it after we reinstate the service. We will reach out to you when your account has been reinstated.

Does that mean that I cannot log in to my Pipedrive account tomorrow?

Pipedrive has suspended all its services in Russia and Belarus. After your next renewal date, you will no longer have access to Pipedrive.


Will you let me know when my account has been reinstated?

Yes. Once Pipedrive services in Russia and Belarus and your account have been reinstated, we will let you know.


I have paid for a full month/year. I want a refund for the unused time!

You will be able to access your account until your next renewal date.


When exactly will my account be suspended? I have already paid for this month/year. Can I use it until the end of the billing cycle?

You will be able to access your account until your next renewal date.


Can I still create trial accounts?

Yes, trial accounts can still be created, but you will not be able to become a paying customer of Pipedrive and will lose access to your account after your 14-day trial.
