Apps with quick access

Note: This feature is available to any user with the JustCall or CloudTalk apps installed from our Marketplace, but more apps will be available in the future.

With the quick apps menu, you can access relevant calling and messaging apps with one click, and keep using them while navigating around Pipedrive without switching back and forth.


Where to find it

You can find apps with quick access in the My apps panel to the right of your search bar at the top of the screen.

Click the “My apps” icon (puzzle piece) to open the panel:

Currently, two apps can be opened using quick access, JustCall and CloudTalk. If you don’t have these apps installed, you’ll see a message with links to their install pages.

Note: Pipedrive integrations for JustCall and CloudTalk can be installed through our Marketplace.

Accessing apps with quick access

Once you’ve installed an app compatible with the quick access feature, you can see notifications from it and pin it for one-click access.

You can also see a full list of your installed apps under Other apps.

To the right of any app listed there, click the “...” to see an overview of the app, visit the app’s external website or email their support team.

Note: Click the “Manage apps” button beneath Other apps to see the Marketplace apps section under your Settings.

Using apps with quick access

When you open an app from the My apps panel, a floating window will appear which can be used and will remain open as you navigate your Pipedrive account.

Quick access apps can be used independently of any linked deal or contact, and calls initiated using these apps won’t be interrupted by navigating your Pipedrive account.
