When you install a new integration, if it has an available sidebar panel you can activate it by going to “...” &gt; “Manage sidebar sections” and then toggling the panel on.

The panel automatically refreshes available data, so the most recent date and time the panel’s data has been refreshed is displayed. You can also manually refresh the data using the refresh button in the panel.

<a href="https://www.pipedrive.com/en/features/mailchimp-crm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Mailchimp</a> is an email marketing service provider used to design and distribute email marketing campaigns.
<a href="https://www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/mailchimp/f82d857cc4883307" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Mailchimp integration</a> lets you export any desired list of contacts from Pipedrive into Mailchimp and begin your email campaigns.

Note: This integration is a one-way sync for the seamless automated transfer of your contacts from Pipedrive to a chosen audience list in your Mailchimp account. Once you’ve connected Pipedrive with Mailchimp, you’ll have the option to export your people to a Mailchimp audience. If you don’t have an audience in Mailchimp, you will first need to go to your Mailchimp account and create one.
To create an audience, go to Mailchimp and click on Audience &gt; Audience Dashboard &gt; Create Audience. You can learn more about creating audiences in <a href="https://mailchimp.com/help/create-audience/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">this article</a>.

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Setting up the sync of Pipedrive contacts into Mailchimp<a name="setting-up-the-sync-of-pipedrive-contacts-into-mailchimp"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: The sync works <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/pipedrive-glossary#o:~:text=%23-,One-way%20sync,-%E2%80%93%20A%20sync%20connection" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">one-way</a> only. We recommend creating a <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/filtering" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">filter</a> for the contacts you want to send to Mailchimp.</div>
Once your audience in Mailchimp is ready, go back to your Mailchimp integration in Pipedrive and create your first syncbot.
Click on the ”+ Syncbot” button, the flow will guide you through the setup steps.

Step one
Here you need to define which are the exact Pipedrive contacts that you want to sync and to which Mailchimp audience.
Select the Pipedrive person filter from the filter dropdown. Then, select the respective Mailchimp audience where your Pipedrive contacts should be your synced into.

<div class="support-note success primary">Note: If a contact person exists in Pipedrive but not in in Mailchimp, a new Mailchimp contact will be added to your audience with ”Subscribed” status. Ensure that all the contacts you select for syncing agreed to receive communications from you and are compliant.</div>
Step two
In this step you need to map the Pipedrive fields to match the Mailchimp fields.

If you don't want Pipedrive contacts to sync automatically, you can export them manually.
First, make sure you have <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en/articles/207497075-Filtering" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">applied a filter</a> for the contacts you want to send to Mailchimp. Then, click on "..." &gt; Export to Mailchimp.

Sometimes, you may need to forward data from your team to another team who might be using a different tool. As much as we would love it if everyone used Pipedrive for everything in work and life in general, we understand it might not be the best tool for some jobs – if you need to hammer in a nail, sometimes you just need a hammer!
For when another tool is better suited to another part of your team, it may require a separate process or tool in order to get them to work together, such as <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/zapier-what-it-is-and-how-to-use-it" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapier</a>.
However, if the tool being used by another team is Asana, you are in luck with Pipedrive's integration.

<h2>Setting up the integration<a name="setting-up-the-integration"></a></h2>
To enable the integration, go to the Asana page in our <a href="https://www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/asana/cea6a4dbfcfb6faa" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Marketplace</a> and follow the instructions to install the app. 
Once your Asana account is connected, you will need to create a rule. This rule will act as a trigger to get your information from Pipedrive into Asana. The available triggers for this rule are:

<li>Deal is WON</li>
<li>Deal is LOST</li>
<li>Deal is moved to a specific stage </li><li>Lead is created</li>
</ul>
Once you have set up what event you want to trigger the transfer of information from Pipedrive to Asana, you will need to choose which data is transferred into the created Asana task.
Currently, the information that can be transferred is:
<ul>
<li>Deal - Title</li>
<li>Deal - Value</li>
<li>Person details</li>
<li>Organization details</li>
<li>Pinned notes </li>
</ul>
Every option – except for Deal - Title – can be toggled off if you do not wish for that information to be transferred into Asana. As a title is required for a deal, that information cannot be turned off. Once these changes are saved, every deal that meets your rule criteria will create a task within Asana with the specified information, so your teams can follow up on your deals effectively.
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: Currently the Pipedrive-Asana integration only supports one rule, and is only one-way. If there are multiple admin users in a company Pipedrive account, each admin user can create their own distinct rule, leading to several concurrent rules within one company Pipedrive account.</div>

You can then click "Go to board". This will direct you to your Trello board, where you should click on "Pipedrive" in your menu under Power-Ups. From the dropdown, click "Pipedrive" and "Authorize account". Then click "Link Pipedrive Account".

A new window will now open where you can give Trello permission to connect with Pipedrive. To proceed, click "Allow and Install".

Now that it is installed, from your Trello board menu, click on the "Pipedrive Power-Up" and you should then see the option to Get permissions in Pipedrive. By clicking on this, you will be directed to a page that will allow Pipedrive to access your Trello account.

Click "Allow" to give Pipedrive permission to access Trello. Your account is now connected and verified by Pipedrive and Trello allowing you to start using the integration.

Setting up auto-create 
To set up auto-create, in your Trello board menu, select Pipedrive, and then Edit Power-Up Settings. You can then set up the rules for your board.

Setting up automatic card creation in Trello is based on three types of rules:

<li>When a deal is added to Pipedrive</li>
<li>When a deal enters a pipeline stage</li>
<li>When a deal is marked as won or lost</li>
</ul>
You can choose any of the above, but only one rule can be set up per Trello board. Otherwise, you may end up with duplicate cards on the same board from similar rules set in the Power-Up.
Pipedrive field settings
By selecting "Pipedrive field settings" you can select up to twenty fields to show when you link a Pipedrive item.

As the maximum amount of fields is twenty, you will need to untick items if you wish to add more fields when the twenty is reached.

You have a quick way to create Trello items such as boards, lists and cards from within Pipedrive. 
From the app panel on the left and side of your detail view, you can click the three dots "..." to open your options and create a card in Trello.

From the deal detail view, click the three dots "..." in the top right-hand corner and select "Create in Trello" from the dropdown menu.

This will open a new window where you can select the item type you wish to create in Trello.

From Trello, you can also connect your cards to Pipedrive. Click on the card you would like to connect and, in the Power-Ups section, you can select "Pipedrive" and choose a deal to connect the card to.

All members of a Trello board can see Pipedrive data on that board even if they do not have a Pipedrive account. The Trello board members without a Pipedrive account will not be able to add, edit, or delete any Pipedrive information.
If you delete the Trello app from Pipedrive, you will no longer see your Pipedrive data on your Trello board. In this case, you will need to re-authorize your account. After Trello has been deleted in Pipedrive, you will have a link in your related Trello cards where you can re-authorize your account.

This integration logs all inbound/outbound calls and voicemails as activities in Pipedrive and automatically generates new Pipedrive contacts whenever you call a phone number that does not match an existing contact phone number in your Pipedrive database.

You can invite your Pipedrive users to the same Aircall account and let everyone in your company use Aircall to receive and make phone calls. 
To invite additional users to Aircall:

With the integration, you can send either personal or channel messages based on updates to your deals, contact organizations, or contact people.

You must follow three steps to uninstall the Microsoft Teams integration.
First, you must uninstall the app from Microsoft Teams. In the sidebar, right-click on the app and select ”Uninstall”.

If you no longer need the Facebook Messenger app or for troubleshooting purposes, you may want to uninstall the app from your side. There are two ways to do it.
In Pipedrive

When using the <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/pipedrive-integration-facebook-messenger" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Facebook Messenger integration</a>, you may run into some issues that may interfere with your customer communications. In this article, we provid a few troubleshooting tips in case you run into any technical issues while using the Facebook Messenger integration.

<h2 style="text-align: justify">The installation of Facebook Messenger integration couldn't be completed<a name="the-installation-of-facebook-messenger-integration-couldn-t-be-completed"></a></h2>
You tried to integrate the Facebook Messenger app with Pipedrive and received an error message. A few possible causes are: 
Someone else connected the Facebook page
The Facebook page you tried to connect to your company account has already been connected in private mode by another admin user.

You can only integrate one Facebook Messenger per account once. 
How to fix this:
Ask the admin who installed the integration to:
<ol><li>Change the app visibility setting to "Shared". To do that, the admin needs to go to Tools and apps &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/facebook_messenger" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Messaging</a> and change the visibility from "Private" to "Shared".</li><li>Uninstall the Facebook Messenger app from your company's account and try to reconnect it to the Facebook page. I can't connect my Facebook page to a new company account
A Facebook page can only be connected to one Pipedrive company account. If the Facebook page is already connected to a company account, it cannot be connected to a new account.

How to fix this: 
<ul><li>Uninstall the Facebook page from its respective Pipedrive company page. If you don't have access to that company account, ask another admin to disconnect the Facebook page.</li></ul>
Or
<ul><li>Uninstall the Pipedrive Messenger app from the Facebook settings page. Once the Pipedrive Messenger app is disconnected, try reconnecting it within Pipedrive.</li></ul>
Missing permissions 
Note that You need to grant all permissions to the Facebook Messenger app during the installation flow. If you don't accept all, you will see the following error message:

How to fix this:
<ul><li>Go over the integration flow again, click the "Connect" green button on the <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/facebook_messenger" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Messaging</a> settings page and grant the requested permissions.</li></ul>
Something went wrong
You might receive a "Something went wrong" message during the installation process.

How to fix this:
<ol><li>Go to Facebook's page settings and confirm that the Messenger app has already been installed by Pipedrive. Note that only Facebook page admins have access to that page.<ol><li>If you haven't installed the app, try connecting it again in Pipedrive. If the error persists, <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/contact-us" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reach out to our Support team</a>. </li><li>If another Facebook page admin installed the app, contact them and ask them to:<ol><li>Uninstall the app from Pipedrive. OR</li><li>Grant you admin rights for the Facebook page.</li></ol></li></ol></li><li>Try connecting Messenger app to your Pipedrive account later. <h2 style="text-align: justify">I can't send messages from messaging inbox<a name="i-can-t-send-messages-from-messaging-inbox"></a></h2>
Your Facebook Messenger integration is active but you can't send any messages through your messaging inbox. Here you will find some reasons why this might've happened: Facebook user blocked your page
Facebook users have the option to block or mute a conversation with a business at any time, in which case your business will not be able to reach out to that user and send them any messages.
When this occurs, your message will appear as sent but not as delivered. Unfortunately, Facebook does not provide us with API and details regarding this situation. 
You can learn more about blocking Facebook Business pages in <a href="https://www.facebook.com/help/messenger-app/3115643275145823">their Help Center</a>. 
Your page was blocked by Facebook due to the Messenger policies violation.
 You can check the block reason on your Facebook Page Settings &gt; Page Support Inbox section and send Facebook an <a href="https://www.facebook.com/support?tab_type=APPEALS" title="https://www.facebook.com/support?tab_type=APPEALS">appellation request</a>. 
You are trying to reply to a user seven days after they contacted your business.
Facebook Messenger for Business has a 24-hour messaging reply window. When a contact sends a message through the Facebook channel, you have 24 hours to reply to them. The Pipedrive integration extends this period for seven days, meaning you have seven days to reply to your customers from Pipedrive's messaging inbox.

If you exceed this reply time, the chat window will be blocked, and you will no longer be able to reply from Pipedrive. Instead, you will need to reply directly from Facebook Messenger unless your customer sends you a new message; then, you will have seven days more to reply from Pipedrive.

You have a problem with the internet connection 
In that case, your messages will not be delivered. To fix the problem, check your internet connection and try sending messages later.

<h2>Configuring Docusign<a name="configuring-docusign"></a></h2>
To create envelopes and receive status updates in Pipedrive, you must first configure DocuSign. To do this, head to DocuSign, go to settings &gt; updates, and then check the send individual messages status.
If it’s active, you can’t create envelopes or receive status updates from Pipedrive until you click “deactivate” on the right to switch the status to inactive.

Once it’s inactive, you can create envelopes and receive status updates from Pipedrive using the integration.

Where to create your envelopes 
There are three places you can create a DocuSign envelope in Pipedrive: 
<ul><li>Using Smart Docs, click “Share”&gt; “Create a DocuSign envelope.” </li></ul>

How to edit before sending 
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: From this window, you can add extra or remove existing recipients, set your signing order, assign roles and edit the names and emails of recipients. </div>
After you click “Create a DocuSign envelope,” confirm the recipients for the envelope.

Then, edit your sending message and click “Edit in DocuSign.”

You’ll be redirected to DocuSign, where you can drag and drop fields from the left side of the screen into your document.

You can also click “Preview” in the top right corner to see what your envelope will look like when it's received. 
Once the document has the signature fields, click “Send.” Recipients will get an email from DocuSign asking them to review and sign the document. 
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: A document in Smart Docs can only have one signature process active at a time. The previous one must be canceled if you want to create a new signature process in the same document. </div>

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Envelope and recipient tracking<a name="envelope-and-recipient-tracking"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: When the signing process is finished, the signed documents will be downloaded from DocuSign and stored in Pipedrive.</div>
Tracking your signatures 
Once you send a DocuSign envelope, you can track the signing process and its recipients’ most relevant information from the detail view where the document is linked.

Click on “X/X completed” to open the signing tracker, where you can see who has and hasn’t signed, as well as their basic information.

Tracking document views 
When you send out a DocuSign envelope, the view tracker is shown alongside the document version. However, DocuSign does not support document tracking by showing the number of envelope views.

How can I update my logo and business profile for my WhatsApp account? 
When you submit a Twilio phone number to be enabled for WhatsApp, you must provide a display name to appear on your in-app profile for WhatsApp users. It’s also recommended to provide additional information, such as your business address and a link to your logo.
If you don’t initially submit this information or need to change something, you can update your profile information via the Twilio Console. To update your profile info for a WhatsApp sender, visit the WhatsApp Senders page in the Twilio Console and click on the sender you wish to edit.
Can I start a conversation via WhatsApp through Pipedrive’s messaging inbox? 
Like most other messaging apps, a WhatsApp business account requires contacts to send the first message to initiate conversations with businesses. Luckily, WhatsApp provides many options for how users can contact your business. Private: Private visibility mode means only this user can:

What are the integration requirements? 
To enable the WhatsApp by Twilio integration, you must own a paid Twilio account and enter your approved business WhatsApp number. At a point during the installation, you’ll be asked for your Twilio account SID and access token. I have submitted a template on Twilio and it was rejected. Why? 
WhatsApp provides a number of reasons for rejecting a template. <h2>Installation process warnings<a name="installation-process-warnings"></a></h2>
You tried to integrate the WhatsApp by Twilio app to your company account and received an error message at the end of the installation flow.
Reason 1 
Your account might be connected to a different Pipedrive account while the app restricts a single installation instance per Twilio's account SID. This means only one Twilio instance can be connected to Pipedrive.

How to fix:
Ask the Admin who installed the integration to:
<ol><li>Change the app visibility setting to Shared. To do so, the admin needs to go to Tools and apps &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/facebook_messenger" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Messaging</a> and change the visibility from Private to Shared.</li><li>Uninstall the WhatsApp app from the company account and try to connect WhatsApp by Twilio again. Reason 2
Wrong Twilio credentials were entered. To fix this, you need to enter the correct credentials. Watch the below video on how to obtain your Twilio SID and Auth token.

Clicking the link will redirect you to the <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/messaging" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">messaging settings</a> page. Follow the instructions on the page to enable the app to add a channel to Pipedrive's channels API.

<ul><li>Reason 1: Invalid number of participants</li></ul>
Pipedrive's API only supports conversations with a single source user and at least one end user while Twilio supports adding multiple participants to a WhatsApp for business conversation, which is non-standard and not supported by Pipedrive channels API and messaging inbox. 
<ul><li>Reason 2: The installation owner deleted the conversation</li></ul>
If the installation owner deletes a conversation in the <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/leads/messaging" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">messaging inbox</a>, it becomes unavailable. Once the contact reaches out to your WhatsApp business account, the conversation will become visible again.
<ul><li>Reason 3: The conversation had been deleted in Twilio before being fetched by Pipedrive's channels API</li></ul>
Twilio API can be accessed by multiple apps as long as they use the same account SID. This means another app might have deleted a conversation on Twilio's side without deleting it from WhatsApp's API.

WhatsApp Business allows two types of messages: 
<ul><li>Template messages: Outbound messages sent via WhatsApp Business that use one of the pre-approved templates. Since they're sent to users who have opted-in to receive messages from the business in question, they are normally unsolicited transactional messages (delivery alerts, appointment reminders, etc.).</li><li>Session messages: All incoming messages or outbound replies to those messages within 24-hours. A messaging session starts when a contact sends you a message and is valid for 24 hours. Session messages don't need a template and may include media attachments.</li></ul>
WhatsApp Business requires all message templates to be approved before they can be used to send notification-type messages to users.
The templates that do not meet the criteria or usage guidelines will be rejected and cannot be used. If your message templates are rejected, it may be due to the reasons listed in <a href="https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/message-templates/guidelines/" title="https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/message-templates/guidelines/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">this document</a>.

With the possibility of adding <a href="https://support.pipedrive.com/article/pipedrive-marketplace-apps-integrations">apps from the Marketplace</a> to other Pipedrive users, you will help to ensure that no vital information is lost in the communication between different platforms and users.

<h2 style="text-align: justify">Adding a new app to other users<a name="adding-a-new-app-to-other-users"></a></h2>

Go to Tools and apps &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/marketplace">Marketplace apps</a>. Open the app page and click on “Install now”. The installation flow for apps built by Pipedrive has two simple steps.

When selecting “Specific users“, a list with all the users in the company will become visible. Select the users from the list or search for specific names on the search bar.

Before finishing the installation, you need to review and allow the permissions the app needs in order to connect Pipedrive and the third-party platform.

These permissions are granted on a user level, meaning that when you click on “Allow and continue“ the app will be installed only on your Pipedrive account. The users you added to the app must authorize access themselves within the <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/marketplace">Marketplace apps</a> tab or via email to complete the installation process.
If you selected the option to notify users via email in the previous step, they will receive a notification with the name of the admin who added the app and the app’s name.

Pipedrive offers a variety of automated features and third-party integrations that can make your work easier and more efficient. 
But if you want more advanced communication between your website and Pipedrive account, you might be interested in API.

In simple terms, API (application programming interface) is a way for two or more applications to communicate. This can be simple, like retrieving some data from an external database, or more complicated if you need to manipulate data in bulk, but API is a bridge that connects businesses to save employees time.
Basic API Terms
Here’s a short list of terms and definitions related to API.

<h2 style="text-align: justify">How does API work in Pipedrive?<a name="how-does-api-work-in-pipedrive"></a></h2>
<div class="support-note success primary">Note: To keep your data secure, it‘s extremely important that your API token is not shared with others. If you believe someone has access to your API token, click “Generate new token“ to create a new one. You’ll need to update any existing API connections with the new token afterward. </div>
To create an API connection between your Pipedrive account and another application, find your personal API key by going to Settings &gt; Personal preferences &gt; <a href="https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/api" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">API</a>.

Once you have your token, you’ll need a platform to facilitate your API requests, like <a href="https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/run-pipedrive-api-in-postman-or-insomnia" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Postman</a>. 
Setting up Postman

To use Postman as your API platform, follow <a href="https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/run-pipedrive-api-in-postman-or-insomnia" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">this link</a> to our Developer’s corner, then either download Postman using the provided link or click “Run in Postman“ if you’ve already downloaded it.

After you “fork collection,“ you’ll be taken to the Postman workspace, where you can see the available API requests through Pipedrive on the left.

Creating an API request usually requires a few things: 
<ul><li>Your API token</li><li>An endpoint (i.e deals)</li><li>An HTTP verb (i.e GET) </li></ul>
