Apps with quick access
With the My apps menu, you can access the Marketplace with fewer clicks, regardless of where you are in Pipedrive, to see our recommendations for apps, as well as information on apps you have already installed.
Where to find the “My apps” menu
You can find the “My apps” menu next to the search bar at the top of the screen. Click the icon to open the panel:
What can you do in the “My apps” menu
When you click the menu, you‘ll see suggestions of recommended tools to enhance your Pipedrive experience. These suggestions are similar to those found in the notifications panel.
Clicking any of the suggested apps will take you to its installation page in the Marketplace.
Once you’ve installed an app from the Marketplace, you‘ll see it in the “All apps” section.
Clicking on an app will take you to its “about page”.
To the right of any app listed there, click the “...” to see its in-app quick guide (when available), an overview of the app, visit the app’s external website or email their support team.
Some apps, such as Google Meet, have an in-app quick guide with important information on what you can do with them.
At the bottom, you have a direct link to open the Marketplace and browse through the other apps you can add to your Pipedrive.
You can also manage you installed apps from the same panel, by clicking on the “Manage apps” button.
