Being able to send email campaigns through Pipedrive is amazing, but it can also be challenging to keep track of all the interactions they create.

This is why you can set up in-app notifications for Campaigns through the Sales Assistant tool, to notify you whenever your campaigns generate new engagement.

How to set it up

To start receiving notifications about your Campaigns, go to Campaigns > Email Campaigns. Then, you will have two places where notifications can be turned on: when viewing a campaign draft, or when creating a new campaign.

In both cases the toggle will be found at the bottom of the window:

Note: One of the email tracking toggles must be turned on in order to activate notifications. You will only be able to receive notifications about email tracking options that have been toggled on.

How it looks

Once you have turned your campaign notifications on, you will see the Sales Assistant bulb light up yellow when your recipients open or click the links in your campaign email.

Click on the light bulb to see your campaign notifications.

These notifications will inform you when specific campaign recipients have seen or clicked on your campaign email, based on the frequency settings you selected.

Notification frequency

Next to the Send Notifications tab, you will see a drop-down menu revealing two options: one by one or in bulk:

If you select one by one, notifications will be sent any time a new open or link click occurs, as long as the threshold you selected has been passed:

If you select in bulk, you will be prompted to select an interval of time, after which you will receive a single notification, showing your engagement over that period:
