How can I cancel my trial?
At Pipedrive, we provide you with a two-week trial period upon signing up for a new account. This is because we believe in our platform and think that after trying it out, you‘ll be convinced. However, if you want to cancel your trial account, here is how you can do so.
If you haven‘t entered billing details
When you start your trial account, payment information is not required. However, you must enter a payment method before you can start a subscription.
If you have not entered your billing details yet and want to cancel your trial, no further action is required from you. You’ll automatically lose access once the two-week trial period has expired.
If you have entered your billing details
In a trial account, even if you have already entered your payment information, you can still cancel before your subscription starts. To cancel your trial, start by navigating to Settings > Billing.
From there, you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and, under the “Need to cancel your subscription?” section, select “Cancel my subscription:”

After clicking “Cancel my subscription,” you’ll be reminded of the data currently in your account and asked to give a reason for cancellation.
Once you have provided your reason for leaving, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your experience with Pipedrive. We encourage you to fill this out, as your feedback is the primary way we improve our platform.
Once you have completed that step, your trial will be canceled and you’ll retain access to the account until the 14-day trial period ends.
