Note: If you close a trial account, your data will be retrievable for 60 days. Please contact our support team for assistance.

At Pipedrive, we provide you with a two-week trial period upon signing up for a new account. This is because we believe in our platform and think after trying it you will be convinced. However, if you want to cancel your trial account, here is how you can do so.

If you have not entered billing details

When you start your trial account, payment information is not required. However, you are required to enter a method for payment before you can start a subscription.

If you have not entered your billing details yet and want to cancel your trial, no further action is required from you. You will automatically lose access once the two-week trial period has expired.

Note: If you are not sure whether you have entered your billing details, you can check your billing settings.

If you have entered your billing details

In a trial account, even if you have already entered your payment information, you can still cancel before your subscription starts. To cancel your trial, start by navigating to Settings > Billing.

From there, you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Cancel my subscriptions”:

After clicking “Cancel” you will be reminded of the data currently in your account and asked to give a reason for cancellation.

Once you have provided your reason for leaving, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your experience with Pipedrive. We encourage you to fill this out, as your feedback is the primary way we make improvements to our platform.

Once you have completed that step, your trial will be canceled and you will retain access to the account until the 14-day trial period ends.

Note: If you have data you would like to export before closing your account, check out this guide.
