What happens if my card or PayPal account fails to make payment?

If your payment method fails, you and the other users in your company will keep access to Pipedrive for a 30 day period. In this time we will periodically attempt to charge your card/PayPal account, while we await updated payment details. If payment is not successful at the end of this 30 day period, the invoice will be marked failed and the account closed.

Once the payment is successful, the unpaid invoice will be settled.
