How to change/update your email and password

Changing your login email address

For security reasons, Pipedrive is unable to remotely change the email address associated with a Pipedrive account. But you can easily change your login email directly from your Settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Personal > Profile
  2. Click Edit next to the email address field
  3. Enter your new login email address
  4. Click Save

Changing your login password

  1. Go to Settings > Personal > Change Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Then enter your new password twice for verification
  4. Click Change password


If you've forgotten your password and you're still logged in, simply log out of your Pipedrive account, go to the log in screen, and click 'Forgot?' in the password box. Enter your email address, and you'll receive instructions via email on how to reset your password.
